    Mathew Pardo Velasco is a FQBO certified boxing coach and trainer. A Montreal native with Filipino roots, Mathew has been working with family, friends and the Montreal community to teach people the art of boxing over the last 4 years.
    Boxing became a source of strength and anxiety relief while dealing with depression, life lows and mental health issues in Mathew’s life. He turned his passion into his profession to help others achieve their wellness goals. Whether it’s to get active, lose weight, learn the sport or cope with mental health issues, he’s dedicated his life to teaching the art of boxing.
