Love your lanterns how do I glue the glue sticks together? You show using a liquid glue, but I can’t tell what kind of glue it is and every time I try to make the flat piece to go under the bottom, the glue turns black from the fire, what am I doing wrong, please help thank you

Spray painting something that small is a complete waste. Looks like 95% of the paint that came out went in the air.
