I have been listening to many of your msgs Pastor Matt and I find most of them very encouraging. But when you mentioned that as Christians it's ok for us to do yoga, i totally disagree with you. You already said that it's Hinduism.Why involve with something that I don't feel comfortable with? There are so many excercises that we can do. For me ,I do "walk one mile a day ."It's fantastic n it keeps me trim and healthy! I am 70years old and I have been a Christian for 28plus years. I will not do anything that will displease my Lord Jesus.
