I am from Indonesia. You are paying those guys too much, because in Indonesia especially Bali, they will see you from where you from, if you look like a foreigner (blonde hair) they will charge you a lot more than they charge locals. You should try bargaining for much cheaper price, just learn couple Indonesian phrases
