    I think there’s 2 ways to win a SB; elite QB w a good supporting team (KC) or a good QB w an elite supporting team (SF). Geno is a good QB, we could be a contender w a few more key blue chip players.

    Fans don't realize Geno is actually only going into year 5 as a starter. He should be entering his prime. If he started at 21, he'd be 26 this year beginning year 5 as a starter. No one would have a problem with that. Fans all think Geno has been a starter for his whole career and should be better. He hasn't been. He's actually still learning going into year 5. Like any other QB going into year 5 would be.

      Yeah it's hard to hit. Except a batter gets 3 to 4 chances per game to make an impact an with eight other players also getting a chance plus DH's. And a qb gets way more chances to change an outcome.

    So based off all the statistics that were on this video, it was smart to get rid of Russell Wilson, but is Russell Wilson fallen off his peak, regressing or is it because of the teams that he played for after the Seahawks or his statistics were a lot better?

      Russ was hot garbage in his last 2 seasons. Taking WAY too many sacks because he refused to use his legs to pick up first downs because he wanted to value his HEALTH and MAKING MONEY over WINNING GAMES AND PUTTING IT ON THE LINE. You do not want a chump ass QB who plays for money over wins, thats exactly what Russell Wilson was becoming. On top of the fact that he was already getting old, missing throws, Still couldnt throw to the middle of the field, He had no real OL protecting him and our past OCs were absolute dog shit calling plays for Russ. It was best all around to move on from Russ, he became too expensive and his actual play on the field never justified the contract he wanted. Look how he played in Denver and how he will play in Pittsburgh. Gonna be the same old Russ. Forcing deep balls over making the smart play, Not using his legs, Running into sacks and he will CONTINUE to lead the league in sacks, QB hits, fumbles and turnovers. Steelers have a losing season with Russ and he might retire along with Tomlinson getting fired.

      @@rig2037I have no dog in the wilson debate anymore. He is probably cooked. I will only say that steelers were 9-8, 10-7 and Wilson's bad years in Denver are still better by quite a bit then the last three years combined of Rudolph, Pickett, and trubisky total. Are they going to be a good team? Doubtful.

    Mild take. Love geno or don't. The only "deal," is a high quality starter on a rookie contract. After that 20 mil to 50 mil it doesn't matter unless you can ( and do) compete for a title. Can Geno? Maybe. If he or someone else doesn't then it's not a deal. It's just a cost.

    • @alginvestmentllc7638
      @alginvestmentllc7638 26 днів тому +1

      It’s always good to have a rookie contract but you never know how good that kid can be. If not I’d rather have a QB on 20m than 50m any given day. Unless I can argue my qb is the best in the league. Not top5 not top10 best

      @@alginvestmentllc7638I don't disagree. Genos a killer deal if they can be within striking distance of the nfc championship game. If the team isn't, I think they can be BTW, then it's just 28 million spent. There's no real prize for pretty good. On the rookies it's obviously if they hit. Like stroud probably.

      @alginvestmentllc7638 26 днів тому +1

      @@iron_bison well obviously can’t just keep giving Geno chances if he doesn’t improve the team from last two years of 9 wins. I just have issues when some people try to take that away before the season even starts. But also giving stroud the due like he is mahomes already is foolish. His QBR is lower than Geno with really efficient numbers from last year. So he still has to prove he can win in big moments since now he will have a target on his back
