Stayed in Malana when halt was allowed in 2010 and Thakur Cafe use to provide Night stay ... It was an amazing experience of life , August month heavy rain and Malana rolls 🎉

Village is of Maa Renuka and Jamdagnii oldest intercaste marriage of Brahmin and Kshatriya princess. NO RELATION with Greeks.Proof is temples here and at end of Parvaty river valley Tosh village huge temple .I lived here served as Doctor. MY kuldevta too is Renuka .Ask Chapperam ,Shera Negi stay of Jari Chowki Village on river banks.

That's just a story British historians came up with that has been discredited by genetic testing. There is no mention of Greeks in any local stories. These people are most likely of Dard ethnicity just like Kalash and Brokpa of Ladakh.
