Kelly and LeToya til this day has not shown their full vocal range on an album or stand-alone single yet. LeToya recently admitted that she never fully regained her confidence in her singing. Kelly has admitted to toning herself down vocally and fashion-wise to avoid outdoing Beyonce whenever they made group or joint appearances. And LaTavia popped up on R&B Divas and refused to sing. I still feel like she's fake here. She kicked them outof the group without telling them. They could have settled their disagreements, didnt the two members say their problem was more wih management than with Kelly and Beyonce? Then they got kicked out while the group was really blowing up, that was shady as hell to have Michelle and Farrah shooting the Say My Name video miming to the original vocals fom LeToya and La Tavia. And they only found it they were out, when they saw the video with the new members. It was so messy. I loved the original line up, they were more equal, both members spoke in interviews, were not pushed to the side, looked great, were likeable...I do feel there was some friction because a girl as beautiful as Le Toya wont stand in the back to et Beyonce shine alone, like later line ups did. Both original members were too confident to be pushed aside as an extra.

Not the way it all went down. Latavia and Letoya wanted to fire the manager and get new managers and the manager was her dad. And then she wrote survivor and they sued her. So she probably felt like she needed to be loyal to her dad but they became cool later on and Kelly and letoya hang out a lot and there’s no bad blood now.

And understand that life moves forward. No. I literally watched an interview with Farrah where she talked about her leaving the group. She had come to learn that when the first two girls had left apparently Mathew had told Bey and Kelly that it "was best that they no longer remain in contact" with the girls.
So when it was Farrah's time to go, she said that she did not expect to maintain contact with Bey nor Kelly because Mathew would not allow it. That was just how Mathew ran the group at the time, he was the manager and had sacrificed so much to make the group a success including his 6-figure job, no one was about to go against him, especially at their relatively young age.
