Total Floor Area : 312 sqm
This 5-bedroom house was requested by some of our subscribers so here it is, not a budget-friendly version tho but we'll soon design an affordable version so stay tuned. Rest assured that we read every single comment and request from you guys 😊 but we, of course, prioritize the most requested and what we think is the most feasible ❤.

I love the C-shape floor plan design of the ground floor where you can see the kitchen and dining area from the living room through those slidng doors.

This is one of the most unique designs I have ever seen especially the open bar and seating are, and the path connecticting over it, brilliant, I wud love to have such a house built..

Nice one!I wonder what would it cost if added a pool a little smaller of a house like a 250 sqm. of house area,anyway we have 208 sqm. of lot area and i think this design is perfect.

Pa request po ng 2 storey (budget friendly for 300 sqm), 3 bedroom sa taas (the master’s bedroom with balcony facing the front gate and with walkin close and t&b)
1 bedroom sa baba, with own t&b, maids quarter, powder room, laundry room, lanai and small pool. And high ceiling sa looking down the living room. Foyer sa entrance and the wall with shoe cabinet then po sa entrance.
3-4 car carage..
