La Vie En Rose/Hymne A L' Amour: Piano

I had a request for a while back for La Vie En Rose so I looked for the ancient sheet music my dad used to play and my mum would sing. It's such iconic song that I decided to keep it simple and just play it as it is paired with Hyme A L' Amour both associated with Edith Piaf, she having written words to both. They go well together I think! Hymne A L'Amour which I particularly like was written by Margherite Monot who was an accomplished composer and also a concert pianist. The song is also known as "If You Love Me" with English lyrics by Geoffrey Parsons the two having slightly different meaning. #edithpiaf #paris2024
