    • @BrianaJanelle
      @BrianaJanelle  2 роки тому

      For applying polygel inside you really have to eyeball it! For me personally, I always apply less in the cuticle area and the free edge and most of the product sits in the part that will adhere to most of my natural nail! Make sure everything is nice and evened out through out the nail, sometimes I apply way to much polygel in the middle and it doesn’t cure right so when I go to remove the nails I realized that there was still mushy polygel from being applied tooooo thick!

    • @BrianaJanelle
      @BrianaJanelle  2 роки тому +2

      Thank you! And agreed, I can’t for the life of use reg tips and apply the polygel on top lol! But, they don’t pop off for me! I don’t prep the full cover nail tip, but if you would like, toughen up the inside of the full cover nail tip. And yes, the same way, but it honestly stays on pretty well and doesn’t pop of, they last me 2 weeks but I usually remove them in like a week to do a another set! I’ll be making a video soon going in much much more detail over this method, I’ve been lacking and slacking on my videos and lacking motivation! BUT I’ll be back with Christmas sets over this method!

    I’m trying to see what I’m doing wrong I’ve tried every method.. TikTok methods.. lazy girl and just whatever and girl nothing works for me.. they still come out just messy and pop off easily and I try to follow instructions to the tee. I just think people are used to working with polygel or something bc I never know how much to put in.. I get bubbles n it be too wet and nobody really explains that part. I realized that just using base coat n skip the polygel would be better for me to avoid the messiness.. you’ll have to hold it to cure tho..Yours look really good. You make me want to try the glitter next time

    • @BrianaJanelle
      @BrianaJanelle  3 роки тому +2

      Hey girl hey 🤍 and don’t give up! I know how annoying this method can be. Do you prep your nails? Primer and dehydrate? And usually how much product I apply I apply most of it on the middle of where the full over nail tip meets my nail, the cuticle area is thined out so not much pours out, and the free edge of the nail I just do a thin thin coat to cover the nail! I’ll be posting a video soon showing and explains and giving tips and tricks, stay tuned girly! 🤍

    • @BrianaJanelle
      @BrianaJanelle  2 роки тому

      If the polygel is thick, trying warming up a mug of water, slightly warm and put your polygel tubes in the mug so the warm water can loosen up the Polygel! I’ve gotten a kit as well that had stiff polygel, I used the mug trick I believe I heard Femi Beauty suggest doing it! It worked for me, I let it sit for about 10 minutes!

  • @miimonalisa
    @miimonalisa 2 роки тому +1

    I guess I’m just a little confused what’s the difference between using the poly gel under the nail to get its color versus just painting the nail with polish and curing it?-my question is what’s the difference between getting a regular clear press on nail, painting it, and gluing it on your nail. It seems to be the same exact thing the only difference is you’re putting poly gel on As the “polish”-i’m just in confusion lol I ordered me a kit and I’m trying to figure out which is the best route to go but I just don’t understand

    • @BrianaJanelle
      @BrianaJanelle  2 роки тому +2

      Hey! And I like to apply the polygel underneath the full cover nail tip (femi beauty method) because once all the polygel is applied underneath the nail, I just have to cure and top coat! Other that applying nail tips, having to apply the polygel, sculpt, shape, file, build the apex, etc. This way it is less work to create a full nail set. (Thought sometimes I do go in and file the side walls to precise the shape)
      The best route I think is doing this method! You can try searching up Femi Beauty Lazy Girl Method and there is videos that explain a bit more!

      Honestly, when I used acetone it look me FOREVER, even when I filled most of the product out. Usually by 2 weeks my nails are ready to pop off, I take a cuticle pusher and go under one side of the nail, little by little I lift the nail. Not the healthiest, but it works for me!

  • @MOMMY.MOLLY.

    How much do you use? Like do you leave it thick or just put a thin layer of it on the nail

    • @BrianaJanelle
      @BrianaJanelle  3 роки тому +1

      It’s a medium type of layer! So, the cuticle area of the full cover nail tip I apply a thin layer of product and towards the middle nail is where I apply the most! While I move my way to the free edge I apply a thin layer! I’ll do a more in detail video on how much I apply!

  • @michellem9562

    How long do these usually last?

  • @patriciasanchez8449
    @patriciasanchez8449 3 роки тому +1

    How can I make it thick enough to last? .-. thicker gel at the base of nail?? The only issue I have is having his the right thickness. perfect tip and Apex is what I want lol I always have a little much under the tip. Maybe I'm not finessing and brushing the tip when I apply it to my actual nail enough.

    • @BrianaJanelle
      @BrianaJanelle  3 роки тому +3

      Hey! I would suggest have the cuticle area flushed, so not much product on the part of the full over nail tip that is at your cuticle, that way there isn’t a bunch of product lifting that part up, it avoids lighting. For the middle part of the full cover nail tip, which is the majority of the nail that adheres to your natural nail, I apply more product in that area, that way it sticks perfectly. The free edge I literally only coat the free edge with the polygel, so not really any product there but just thin enough to have it fully covered with product. And to make the nails last, make sure to buff your natural nail beds, and dehydrate! Using rubbing alcohol or a nail dehydrator. You can also prime your nails if you want to do that extra step, then apply a base coat! (:

    • @BrianaJanelle

    So dont you remove the tips..?

      @BrianaJanelle  Рік тому +1

      No, full cover nail tips stay on! Unlike dual forms, we do pop those off at the end. But to avoid building the structure of the nail and shape we leave the full cover nail tips on! (:

    • @BrianaJanelle
      @BrianaJanelle  3 роки тому +3

      Hey! and no I don’t! Unlike dual forms you do pop those off. This method being the femi beauty/lazy girl method all the product goes underneath the full cover nail tip to make it easier that way there is no shaping/filing!

    Have faith in JESUS CHRIST as LORD and SAVIOR for HE SAVES ❗️
    *What is the Gospel?*
    The true gospel is the good news that God saves sinners. Man is by nature sinful and separated from God with no hope of remedying that situation. But God, by His power, provided the means of man’s redemption in the death, burial, and resurrection of the Savior, Jesus Christ.
    Ephesians 2:8-9
    For it is by grace you have been saved through faith. And this is not your own doing; it is the gift of GOD, not a result of works, so that no one may boast.
    Romans 10:9
    9 because, if you confess with your mouth that Jesus is Lord and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved.
    JESUS CHRIST can come anytime!
    Just Believe ❤️ Love you and GOD BLESS
