That is THE thing with this Cartier frame: they just fit into everything you can throw at them. I just spent a month travelling through Europe and had them on all the time, from the Wagner grand opera at the Staatsoper in Vienna, right to late night at Amsterdam train station and walking for days in Marais and the rest of Paris, I never ever felt awkward or out of place anywhere. The power of true CLASSICS I guess...
Would it be possible to have a review on the hoya sensity new oceanic color or see more footage of it? What did you think of it? Did you enjoy it? Is it more of a navy dark blue shade? Thank you so much for your time.
Your travel videos are the best! You should make more of them. Bulgaria looks lovely. The J.F Rey look great with the red insert. Do the DriveSafe really come with a blue tint?? I didn't know that. Thanks for another great video.
Off to Bulgaria myself in the morning! You know by now I love a blue tint, it makes the frames really stand out and looking forward to testing the Photofusion out over there myself to see how dark it manages to get.
Really enjoyed this style of video! The fact you get to travel and deliver such a personalised service for such personal spectacles is wonderful. Where to next Robert? X
Thanks for another brilliant video. Really enjoyable. All great frames you showcased 😎 Agree the Hoya Oceanic blue lens isn't so vivid as Zeiss PF blue but a great alternative. Definitely worth a try Love the Anglo American 406 at the beginning too. That is such a classic frame and one of my favourites. Keep up the great work 👍
Hey 👋 love the videos mate and your passion for glasses, I currently have two pairs of moscot frames lemtosh and zev with zeiss lenses and sunclips and love them, but you have opened my eyes to other brands and more importantly alternative lense options that I didn't know existed, I think I may be getting some photo fusion lenses in the future and potentially some barton perreira frames or JF REY keep up the good work pal 👍
That's great to hear that we've introduced you to lots of new brands! Email us at hello@thespectaclefactory.com if you're thinking of getting a new pair
Hey Liu, the Oceanic Blue doesn't come in the Sensity Shine series. But there's a way around it! I personally ordered the Oceanic Blue with Hoya's Blue Control Coating, which is a blue filter specifically cutting the excessive blue light emitted by digital screens. It has the Hi-Vision LongLife AR treatment, which is the most scratch resistant coating on the market and comes with a 3-year worldwide guarantee. Since Blue Control cuts off the blue light by reflection, it has a blue residual reflection that gives a light mirror effect to the Oceanic Blue when it darkens. I paired it with Hoya's Sync III which is a lens that offers accommodation support to non-presbyopes that use electronic devices for more than 2 hours a day. I put the lenses on a Navy Mykita Lund, and It's amazing to be honest, I'm loving it. I see great and it looks great. Also, the Sensity Shine series has a Blue Mirror option that comes paired with the Sensity Emerald Green.
@@artemiosnicolahow dark does the oceanic blue get? Is it kind of a navy blue? Have you enjoyed the tint so far? I've been trying to find pictures of it online, but was unable to. Do you have pictures of your lenses that you could send me, when activated, or any video that you might have shot? Thank you for your time.
Hey is the gold real on cartier glasses? Specifically the green lens, signature c de, with the c on both arms near the lenses , 2023 , it's in the website as of today 7/28/23
I just ordered Cartier rimless frame with Hoya oceanic Blue after seeing your video! The Zeiss lenses are great, but after this video i need to try Hoya, especially this beautiful color. Do you use rubber washers on a rimless frame behind the bolds? I absolute love your channel! Greetings from Holland
Hey man. I am trying to start up an Eyeglasses brand with low capital. I have lot of catalogues of manufacturers who have generic designs. I want to differentiate my brand via new designs that don't look generic but I don't have the capital as we have just started up. Please guide
HI, Robert, how is the hoya new oceanic blue for someone who is already wearing a progressive lens -8.00+ and who seldom wear sunglasses? Victor from Malaysia
I would blow any dust off the surface first and then use the wipe. No harm in running it under the tap first and then drying off, if you have access. But if you're not near to a tap then the wipe is fine on its own

Perth , Western Australia is a little far to deliver glasses in person. 😂
Not really! it's just hard for me to get away from the office for more than a few days
You got a first order from curaçao too, you will receive many more orders from curaçao
I wish I could deliver them to you there! It's just impossible for me to leave the office for more than a few days, as clients are always needing me
Thank you Robert, just wondering whether this oceanic blue can be added with a mirror finishing? Like Sensity shine. Thanksss

Hi Robert, what airport is closest to the Spectacle Factory?
Hi, Manchester Airport is the closest
Great video as always, was curious if you had any thoughts on KirkandKirk?
Cool designs and colours. However, acrylic is not a good material for glasses.
I just ordered Cartier rimless frame with Hoya oceanic Blue after seeing your video!

Is it true you can get Sensity/Sensity 2 coating on Cartier lenses?
Review Donnieye frames! By Donnie Yen 😮
Hi Robert! Is using plain Zeiss lens wipes safe for cleaning lens? Or would I need to run it under warm water then use the Zeiss wipes? Thanks

Rob, will you ever find the time to reply to my messages / comments?
Exactly! This was my first time wearing Cartier for an extended period. I loved every moment
4:25 I'm 99% sure that the lady in the orange skirt is the politician Maya Manolova 😂
Nice spot! We were outside the parliamentary building if I recall
If l huy glasses from you, do not put them on your face. Make them, pack them, sealed, & deliver them. That's all.
