While your resume should highlight your qualification and experience, please bring out your achievements as a Sales professional. Both roles get well paid. Many finance professionals in the industry are Chartered accountants who assume leadership roles in the department. There are also many who rise through the ranks too with out CA degree.
Yes, most hotel chains have a intake program for sales and revenue management for MBA freshers. IHCL has SEDP, Hyatt has CLT, Marriott has Voyager etc.

Help me out sir ... I already sent a request on LinkedIn...
Whether you should move to Sales is a question you should answer yourself. I was an fnb Supervisor myself when I started my journey many years back. Whether i would have turned a better fnb professional if i stayed with fnb, I don't know. But I am very happy being a sales professional, that I changed my track. If you are already thinking of why your customers turn up in your restaurants, then Sales and Marketing is calling you. If you are excited to offer them a great service experience when they are in your premises, you are in the right place.

Sir i have started my career as a front desk gre and my qualification is hotel management degree can i move to sale's and marketing
If you have a hotel management degree, you are good to make a headstand. Keep looking out for sales / event sale coordinator vacancies and apply
