- I struggled to find Vlogs about topics i faced during my pregnancy so i hope this video helps spread some positivity to mothers going through the same things as i did and gives you light at the end of the tunnel.

Today’s Vlog I will be sharing with you my pregnancy story carrying and naturally giving birth to Monochorionic Diamniotic (MCDA) identical twin boys. What does MCDA mean? When two babies share a single placenta with a single outer membrane and two inner membranes.
My pregnancy with identical twins was pretty eventful and I am going to share it all with you from Twin to Twin Transfusion Syndrome known as TTTS which is what my twins developed. What is TTTS? Read about it here: en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Twin-to...
I will also be discussing a few other things I faced during my 8 weeks spent in Queensland’s Royal Brisbane and Women’s Hospital which were Gestational Diabetes, Amnioreduction Procedure, MCDA Twins, TTTS Twins, Twin To Twin Transfusion Syndrome Laser Surgery, Ultrasound, Amniotic Fluid, Amniotic Sac, Pessaries, Metformin, Insulin, Steroid Injections & tips to staying POSITIVE throughout your pregnancy.
Being pregnant with identical twins was a tough, exciting, fun, emotional & crazy experience, yes there were ups and downs but I am so blessed having twins and I wouldn’t change it for the world.

How are your babies?
My son's had twin transfusion syndrome. I had gestational diabetes too. José & Mateo where born August 17th 2017. I have 4 other children and this last pregnancy was so hard for us. My twins where born at 32 weeks. They are premature. I developed preeclampsia during pregnancy also. It was a really scary journey. I tried looking up people with similar situations but I never ran into your blogs. It's good that your putting your story out there to keep positive. Yea so my son's and I are doing great now. But wish I would have had heard from someone at the time with the same situation any how we are truly blessed and got through it all with healthy babies. That I thank God for.

Iam in Sydney and 14 weeks pregnant with identical twins . I was so excited when I came to know but now when dr told identical twins are at more risks . I started feeling horrible these days but after watching your video and seeing ur baby I feel so good n positive .bless ur kids

i am 8mos pregnant of a twin girl but sadly i lost the other one and the doctor didnt know the reason...now i have to be strong for my other baby. im still hopeful that shes still alive until

I am also having identical twin boys and 25 weeks pregnant. When I found out I was having identical twins, I was excited but also scared because of Twin to Twin Transfusion Syndrome. I just try to stay positive and your video definitely made me more positive!

What were your symptoms before knowing about gender... if uh had boys then share your earlier symptoms before revelling gender of ur baby boys..
Hey having triplets and two will be identical I'm 17weeks and just found out I have the ttts. Very scary but knowing it was nothing I did to make this happen made me feel a little better. Plans to have the procedure done Monday if everything checks out to still be as it was on Fridays visit. Glad to have found a video of this. I to have a UA-cam channel but don't upload often hopefully I'll get the time and energy to do so as I'm sure there's other people going through similar issues as me. Thanks for making this in depth video of what could happen.
Hi, I'm 6 week 6 days pregnant with triplets. In that 2 are monoamniotic identical twins. Doctors saying that if in the next scan if we won't see separation between identical twins, we will remove those two. I am getting scared. Can you share ur experience too from the beginning plz
After 4yrs of trying, we are now having a baby. And our first babies are monochorionic twins. Hopefully all goes well. Im at my 7th weeks.

hello.. i am from Indonesia... i have monochorionic diamniotic twin pregnancy.. i am so confused about gender.. will they both be of the same gender or not...???

Mostly, yes they will. The only way for them to have separate sexes is if the embryo had a genetic abnormality and had XX instead of just the one chromosome. In that case, most time the extra chromosome is lost and you end up with one egg with XX and the other XY. But this is very rare.

diamniotic, she stated in the beginning they shared a placenta but had separate amniotic sac.
I am pregnant with twin girla in 28 weeks I got my surgery my plecenta was the same as u and I was overweight to and they were able to do the lasor surgery on me buy im happy everything worked out for u

I am a twin we had twin to twin transfusion syndrome and we serviced and I now have reflux and mum also hilly died when she was having us I am turning nine next month I can't what next year I will be double digits
I had my twin girls at 29 weeks I got my surgery at 24 weeks , they were in the NICU for 2 months and they are perfectly healthy ♡
