Craig is a great addition to vids like this and F1, the more technical and less hectic vids really suit his manner and interaction with the boys. Hope we get some more of this
*bing* On behalf of all members of our flight team here, we would like to thank you for flying Trott Air - please await the vomit removal team and the spinal support specialists before vacating the aircraft. Your luggage will be collected from the sea when it washes ashore. Your overhead lockers are already open which is just part of the service! We hope you enjoy your stay in the hospital *bing*
When the pilot passes out and they yell through the cabine, "Is there a pilot onboard" I'll proudly stand up and say, "Yes, I've put 1000 hours into Microsoft flight simulator 2020" xD
"I've watched several Hat Films videos on Microsoft Flight Simulator. Most of those videos featured crash landings, but I think that gives me a unique perspective that you won't get with any other would-be pilot on board."
Trott's first landing was so stressful to watch, and every flight only got more hilarious from there, hahaha This game is gorgeous and I need more of you four playing it XD I love the contrast between pro pilot Craig's screen and everyone else's hahaha
YES BOIS. How about flying down into the Grand Canyon? Or a general tour of the natural wonders of the world? There's got to be some scope for challenges, like who can pull out of a nose-dive from a set altitude the latest, without hitting the ground.
It’s one of those vids where I start crying with laughter 😂 It started when Ross managed to land by yogtowers but seeing Trott plummet 25000 feet in 10 seconds and land it was hilarious
The arrows are to designate a part of the runway that's supposed to only be used for taking off but not landing. They have them on a couple of runways at Heathrow too.
Its amazing to see how everybody was having a smooth time sailing, while trott, who was heading the stream, was flopping around the whole goddamn place without any idea on what he was doing.
I would love to see you lads bring APE AIR to IFJ Airport in Ísafjörður Iceland! I've heard it's one of the more challenging approaches in Europe. No problem for APE AIR pros like yourselves I imagine.
Fly over Yellowknife Northwest Territories, Canada. It has a crazy amount of massive lakes and rocky terrain. Great Slave Lake has a surface area of 27,000km squared. I think it'd be awesome.
We need Craig to set them a list of things they need to do as a challenge. Like plane, starting airport and destination, height they have to reach and anything else he can think of. First to do it wins.
Love this, you need to turn this into a proper series guys.. Adventures with Ape Air or something! Travel to all the iconic sites of the world.. its perfect given that traveling is something a lot of us still aren't comfortable with right now!
I like how the others mock Ross for his question about aviation signs, but he's actually spot-on. Before radar pilots would navigate via artificial landmarks such as lighted towers and concrete arrows.
I’m crying at Trott’s attempts at flying. Gosh this game is beautiful, I wonder if the map stays up to date (wonder how that would even work....) Amazing video! 😂
10:56 there so much attention to detail...you can even see smear marks and a handprint on Craig's left hand side window P.s visit london city airport. Built up AF
I remember playing Microsoft Flight sim years and years back and using mods so it used Google Earth images for the game, It was awesome back then, but this is just top notch what they have done.
Would love to see you guys fly in Wellington, New Zealand. Water at both ends of the runway, and if there's accurate weather in-game the Wellington wind should make landing interesting for Ape Air.
I dont know how accurate the map is, but I'd love to see you fly by where you've lived and tell us stories about what you did while there, landmarks etc.
Would love to see if you can fly to the Flying Cloud Airport in Minnesota. Would be amazing to see absolute chaos with giant jets trying to land in a small airport
Ha'Way man, Gan to Newcastle like! See all the great sights, Angel of the North, St James Park, all the fabulous beaches, fun for all the fam and the bairns on Ape Air ;)
Craig's perfectly smooth landing: "oof that one was a bit rocky."
Smash cut to Trott attempting to land vertically.
Craig is the best babysitter for these guys.
His patience is beyond anything I've ever seen. Craig will make a great dad as well.
Craig is a great addition to vids like this and F1, the more technical and less hectic vids really suit his manner and interaction with the boys. Hope we get some more of this
he really does add a lot to these calmer games. Love it
Feel like Craig is the competent captain of a ship steering themselves into calmer waters and the trio are the merry crew drunkenly having a good time
Ross: Virgin Airways
Smith: British Airways
Trott: Ryanair
Craig: Qantas (the safest airline in the world)

Damn you got me XD
underrated comment
Love having Craig here. He makes these videos that much better
Trott crashes full speed into a tree
The game: you damaged your landing gear
God.. your profile pic is a troll 🤣 Genuinely thought there was a hair on my screen..
Loved this so much. Craig has the patience of a saint.
Lmao at Craig saying his landing was rocky after the others would have crashed with damage on.
It's actually amazing watching Trott play this. Every time it'd cut to his view he was basically playing a completely different game.
When the pilot passes out and they yell through the cabine, "Is there a pilot onboard" I'll proudly stand up and say, "Yes, I've put 1000 hours into Microsoft flight simulator 2020" xD
I am pretty sure I would at least be able to press enough autopilot buttons to at least get the plane to fly straight, if it wasn't already :P
just to make it funnier, state that you had the 1000 hours in Microsoft Flight simulator 1.00 (1979)
'When' hahahaha
@@KickazzStudios xD

Id really like to see trott go back to his homeland of japan.
Flying in Tokyo in the evening looks so good
JAPANMAN!
JESUS CHRIST!! With this game, F1, and Rocket League, Hat Films are in a new GOLDEN ERA!!!
This is boring and they've done rocket league for ages. "Golden era" indeed...
Sqaud is pretty great as well
Soon they will get train sets and go full Dadmode
Josh Confer wow! I can only hope!
Maybe will soon be another golden era with the warehouse but last golden era of hat films was GTA, worms and trials for me!
YES BOIS. How about flying down into the Grand Canyon? Or a general tour of the natural wonders of the world? There's got to be some scope for challenges, like who can pull out of a nose-dive from a set altitude the latest, without hitting the ground.
Bump
ape air has had a serious upgrade i see
5:00 trott somehow you essentially made the wings fall off, well done
Trott's piloting absolutely cracked me up xD I need more of this!! Love this and the F1 with Craig
Ross' shaky landing at 26:00 sees him only bounce 40 feet back into the air. Textbook landing
I've been on a plane to jersey and those landings were nothing like what I experienced. how can I request going from 10,000 ft to 0 in 5 seconds
would have liked to see other POVs of trotts "landings" if you can call them landings
The vod on Twitch is all Trott's POV
Just want to thank all the powers that be for Trott's point of view. By far the funniest thing I've seen today
29:00 “you never know how are you going to exit the plane” Or if.
I'd kinda like to see Trott fly an A380 in New York...
It’s one of those vids where I start crying with laughter 😂 It started when Ross managed to land by yogtowers but seeing Trott plummet 25000 feet in 10 seconds and land it was hilarious
Ross ploughing through the carpark was hilarious
13:00
Ross, you joke. But they actually had MASSIVE concrete arrows on the ground in the US so planes actually knew where to go lol
The arrows are to designate a part of the runway that's supposed to only be used for taking off but not landing. They have them on a couple of runways at Heathrow too.
@@tobyw484 He means these: ua-cam.com/video/P7QSYp0bqio/v-deo.html Big old arrows in the countryside pointing the direction for planes
17:10 That was an impressive U-turn
Lol yes. I was gonna comment the same
Love how the car in the background at 28:39 after he sees trotts landing
Its amazing to see how everybody was having a smooth time sailing, while trott, who was heading the stream, was flopping around the whole goddamn place without any idea on what he was doing.
The smash cut from Ross gliding along peacefully to hurtling towards the ground gave me the best laugh I've had in weeks
maybe a quick flyby of North Korea, countermeasures and evasive manoeuvres at the ready
MORE F1 and FLIGHT SIM!!!
Amazing video! Try a "Lads on Tour" trip around the entire world, would be a pretty cool stream
Pretty good photogrammetry by FS ironically taken by a plane
I would love to see you lads bring APE AIR to IFJ Airport in Ísafjörður Iceland! I've heard it's one of the more challenging approaches in Europe. No problem for APE AIR pros like yourselves I imagine.
A “touch and go” on the water is called a “splash and dash”
"This runway is too short for this plane innit" lands halfway along the runway
Tyvm for content n editing boiks, including creggle
flying a plane, driving a rocket car, is there anything trott can't do
The Craig view of the city at the 7 minute bit made me almost cry cus it does look amazing wow
Well, you boys just sold me the new flight simulator
Smith shutting his engine off on the jet multiple times had me dying. Great video boiks. Craig was a fantastic addition.
You're Breathtaking! You're all breathtaking!
More of these please. This was absolutely hilarious.
26:57 lol yea when you land in the middle of the runway
trott has the most chaotic good energy ive ever witnessed in this
Love this, you need to turn this into a proper series guys..
One of your best videos so far. Genuine excitement is truly key.
I’m crying at Trott’s attempts at flying. Gosh this game is beautiful, I wonder if the map stays up to date (wonder how that would even work....)
Amazing video! 😂
Please guys do more of this. We all love it.
Would quite enjoy seeing Trott's landing from their viewpoint
I can't believe that out of the entire world, they flew around and landed like 20 minutes from my house in Canada...
Aerial Slalom through New York City. That's your next challenge, every building you hit is a life sentence in Guantanamo
The best bit of this video was Craig's impression of machine guns on his plane. The rest of them? Charities.
10:56 there so much attention to detail...you can even see smear marks and a handprint on Craig's left hand side window
P.s visit london city airport. Built up AF
Thanks for visiting Vancouver!
"its incredible how accessible theyve made this sim"
100gb install size.
If I was back in the U.K. I would love to have you guys come out to my gliding club. Only 35 minutes out of Bristol
Amusing how having never set for in England I can still recognize Bristol and the Queen's Square from the air.
Trott is like Goose, apart from the fact that Goose was actually a good pilot
Fly through the Bermuda triangle or go to Hawaii or the north pole and see if there really is a hole into the earth
Craig is the air traffic controller whose just heard over the radio "The pilot has food poisoning, so I've taken over. How do I fly this plane?"
I dont know how accurate the map is, but I'd love to see you fly by where you've lived and tell us stories about what you did while there, landmarks etc.
I've been waiting for this!!! I want craigle to be at the ATC and hatboys trying to land each of their own airliners! Please make it happen!
This is great content! and having Craig here makes it that much better!
Would love to see if you can fly to the Flying Cloud Airport in Minnesota. Would be amazing to see absolute chaos with giant jets trying to land in a small airport
17:10 wtf are those cars doing lol!
More of this lads. Would love to see more.
Poor Craigle constantly getting stressed out. Those three boiks are quite the handful.
I could watch that for hours, you guys should come by my hometown in Florida
This game looks amazing. Maybe try some simulation based challenges or roleplay next could be fun!
I was hoping they'd fly in a storm because the clouds in this game are INCREDIBLE
Trott does very well for somebody who's playing with a trackball.
Hat films playing minecraft is STILL my favourite thing in the world
I love Craig saying he had a rocky landing when Ross and Smith had some of the worst landings I have ever seen. Followed by Trot nose diving.
You should go where everyone wants to go; their own house.
You should do a short hop across the 3 channel island airports (GCI, ACI, JER)
I definitely wouldn't mind some more of this!
Craig is an absolute Saint to have gone through this.
Please try and land in Paro, Bhutan. It's meant to be one of the hardest landings ever
Yes! Love these guys
would be fun to see you guys go to Los Angeles to recreate some classic Ape Air landings, such as the storm drains and venice beach
If you guys got IRL flying lessons, I reckon that would be a good few videos. Just a thought! Really enjoyed when you went in a Helicopter.
Ha'Way man, Gan to Newcastle like! See all the great sights, Angel of the North, St James Park, all the fabulous beaches, fun for all the fam and the bairns on Ape Air ;)
Please come to Australia, I'd love to do a personal meet and greet with you guys if you'd just nose dive the planes into my house.
Craig's attempt to explain autopilot reminds me of trying to explain facebook to my mom😂😂
Smiff complaining the runway is too short when he touches down 3 quarters of the runway
This and f1 is some of the better content I've seen from Har films in a while. Keep it up!
it would be cool to follow the route of some of your trips like the usa ones
Could try flying in New Zealand boys. North Island to the South Island perhaps. Or maybe you could island hop in the pacific?
This was one of the funniest things I've watched in a while. whatever you do next with this game please include Craig again too.
UA-cam: Game 'Grand Theft Auto V'
rekt
I can feel Craig's frustration towards the end 🤣🤣🤣
I want to see more of this, this was fantastic, couldn't stop laughing!
