Wow this is powerful. Thanks for tutorial
Didn't understand all of it but got most of it, thanks Greg.
Fantastic! Thanks so much Greg! 👍👍
Very helpful, many thanks!
Great Greg thank you very much very useful, I just hope one day to set up midi remote control Novation 61 SL MK3
Love this. Thank you
Awesome!!!🌟🌟💯💯
For me, as a new Cubase user, this midi remote is very unclear and being pushed due to the message "Use midi remote, older system will be disabled in the future". This makes it slightly more doable to rebuild my fader port 16 using "midi remote". Currently, I was limited to older midi controllers (only supported byPreSonuss). I wish there was an easy way to share & use other Cubase users scripts. This share feature still better supported in Presonus Studio one. The faderport 16 has a quick MIDI mode (pressing both left & right shift). So switching between MCU / Midi is a breeze.
This great, but how about motorised faders control surfaces setup if I want faders to automatically update position ?
Is there a way to easy select & edit insert effect using a midi controller? Faderport 16 has an presonus solution with a plugin selection using a very nervous (read sensitive) fader. I quickly want to select and edit insert effect and use the fader to change some parameters.
Did you find a solution ?
Is there a way to map the knobs to sends 1-8 and depending on the selected channel they map to the sends to that channel?
Hi.
The eight control faders start at selected track or at the first track?. I have a controller of 24 tracks so it can be a mess to find the position of the tracks with the nano kontrol.
Steinberg just needs to create a dedicated controller.

Great job!
Until I can find a way to map my sustain pedal, the remote function for my keyboard is useless. If anyone can answer that I’d be very grateful. Love the content tho!
How about making a video on how to restore all the synths that Steinberg removed without properly telling their clients? Cubase 12 feels like a big downgrade so far.
The amount of time you will spend in the settings of this software and your computer and not with your instrument in your hand will be lost forever. Be careful what you wish for.
This system was already outdated when it came out :D Fl studio had better control system in the last 10-15 years. Bitwig came out with it's innovative modulation systems. I am glad I left nuendo 3 years ago. I keep it for audio editing only until bitwig has video playback implemented.
Outdated? To do this same thing in bws you literally need to write script
