I have both caramel cascade and Eclaire and the only difference is that caramel cascade is a bit screechy in the opening and Eclaire is much smoother. Also caramel smells more honey in the opening. The dry down smell the same for both for me personally lol
Ohh good to know they're so similar! Do you enjoy this scent profile? ✨️ Thank you for watching dear and thank you for sharing your thoughts on these fragrances 🤗🌹
I ordered many decants including Caramel Cascade and i also got new Emir Voux Patisserie! The dry down is a spot on dupe on Italica ( i own and live Italica) the opening is harsher than in Italica though, reminding me cranberries 😂 but it settles diwn in about 10-15 minutes and then it’s 95% Italica just less milky.
Ohh now you've made me curious to try Emir Voux Patisserie, I will look for a decant of it! I've smelled few times Italica and it smells delicious, really curious to see how these two will compare. ✨ I appreciate your recommendation, thank you for watching dear 🤗🌹
@@AFragrantGlance 😉I knew you’ll be interested! From your videos I understood what your taste is and that Italica is also your scent profile! Waiting forward for a review 😍
Glad to hear you enjoy it as well! 🥰 Indeed, the more I've tried it I've noticed how beautiful the scent lingers on the skin. Thank you for watching my dear 🤗🤗🌹
Love your review!! I have Eclair as well and both are similar to Bianco Latte, Eclair is closer to my nose but I love Cascade in its own right it’s more caramel to me almost like a caramel milkshake! I don’t get that with Eclair yet if I wear all three together and sniff one after the other I can’t tell them apart 😅
Glad to hear you enjoyed the video! ✨ Loved reading your thoughts on these fragrances, now I'm even more curious to get some samples of the other two and compare them to Caramel Cascade. Do you prefer to wear them alone or do you prefer to wear them layered with other fragrances? Thank you for watching 🤗🌹
@@AFragrantGlance Oooh yes I would love to hear your impressions of all three! I have a decant of Bianco that I’ve been using to compare but I want to wear it alone to enjoy it for what I have left. Eclaire I love on its own but I’ve been layering with others and need to experiment more with Caramel Cascade, it would layer with the same fragrances but for some reason I just have this different feel of it in my head 😅
Contrary to popular opinion, I am addicted to the play doh accord. I layer with Hypnotic Poison. ❤❤ and I get tonnes of complinents. The play doe note is only noticeable to the wearer. 😊😊
I was so curious about your opinion about this fragrance 😁I was on the fence about it,but seeing your feedback makes me want a decant of it 🤭🤭🤭Stay blessed and have only wonderful days ❤🫶🏻

Good day. I have a question and I hope it is ok to post it here. You made a reeeally good video about shaghaf oud and that scent family a while back. Would you be at all interested in a part two? Since there is now Shaghaf Elixir and a version or two from Ayat, if I got it right. And maybe even more. Since that very DNA is seemingly so central to the middle/near east it would be nice to get your take on this. In case you would find value in it of course. Thank you for the great videos you do and wishing you all the very best.
That's a great idea! I will definitely keep it in mind for future videos, I have to look for some decants for the other fragrances from the Shaghaf line from Swiss Arabian cause here in Romania it's pretty hard to test them. Thank you for watching dear and thank you for the kind wishes, sending you lots of good energy as well 🤗🤗🌹
It's definitely stronger, much much stronger compared to Eclaire (at least the decant I have of it in my collection), it's a gorgeous fragrance. Thank you for watching dear 🤗🌹
@@AFragrantGlance Yes it is! I have Eclaire too, and it dries down the same way. In contrast, Eclaire begins with a strong alcohol smell and does not project as much as Casscade on me. Although Eclaire does smell good, it is just a lighter scent. Your perfume reviews are enjoyable to watch.
I feel like unless you enjoy very sweet gourmand leaning fragrances you might not enjoy it, but, if you feel that it has sparked your interest, why not get a sample if you have the chance and test it and see how you feel about it youself. ✨️ Thank you for watching ❤️
Yes, I have the travel size version of that fragrance, to me they go in two different directions, if anything I find Star more similar to Ameer al Oudh Intense by Lattafa than to Caramel Cascade (both Star & Ameer al Oudh Intense have that burned sugar caramely woodsy dna). Thank you for watching 🤗🌹
This smells like nasty black licorice to me. It’s been 5 months macerating and it won’t change the gross smell. Heard others had the same problem meanwhile others smell delish caramel vanilla. :(
Gave my CARAMEL CASCADE away because it made me gag everytime I sprayed it and it hit the air. I held onto it for two weeks, was not spraying myself, just the air, and it was too much for me.
I'm sorry to hear it didn't work for you at all but I appreciate your feedback on the fragrance. Have you smelled Eclaire by Lattafa? Do you also have this issue with this one? Thank you for watching 🤗🌹
@@AFragrantGlance I have smelt ECLAIRE. Actually a week after I gave away CARAMEL CASCADE. I decided to stay away from anything with a warm sweet milk note going forward. It was not bad but it was not amazing. I think I was traumatised by CASCADE. 😂
Ohh I know the feeling haha, I've had a very similar experience with you when I smelled Bade'e al Oud Amethyst by Lattafa and it smelled like rubber and burnt tires. Even to this day when I smell it or I smell anything similar to that scent profile I'm reminded of the first time I've smelled Bade'e al Oudh Amethyst and I can't get past that. 😂🥲
