I put scallop mushroom at begin, I work, at night I cook 4-6 hours, wake up I cook 6 hours, Sunday I don’t count 1st 4, Monday x 2, Tuesday x 2, one soft , but not enough, but soup very nice, like restuarant high class. Wednesday I keep fridge, make sauce soak, the balance sauce I cook eefu noodles.

可以的,放普通冰箱
不過建議還是盡快做落味和收汁步驟,然後放速凍保存
