As I mentioned on your comment on the Subway Song video, the version of the game I have is called the "SimCity 2000 CD Collection". The bonus cities that are based on real-life cities came with special tilesets that make certain buildings look like landmarks. The Toronto tileset has both the CN Tower and the Rogers Centre (or back then, the SkyDome). Railroad Rap is one of the next SC2000 track I'm considering doing.
This is based off of the Windows/DOS of the track. I'm guessing you're comparing this to the Playstation/Sega Saturn arrangement, which is transposed up a major third.
