I can’t help but wonder what would’ve happened if there was a delay between Luz being taken to the human world and Lilith showing up to talk. The last comic would happen and Luz would be too sad to realize that Lilith was giving her a hug before it already happened. When she did notice, she’d probably be shocked and try to resist, pounding her fists against Lilith’s chest in attempt to hurt her or push her away. By this point, Luz would likely be crying and against her desire for revenge, she’d probably give into the hug and say, “I just want my mom.” Lilith would probably be confused as to what Luz meant, but it means all it can. Luz wants Eda to be safe and to go home to her, while at the same time wanting to run into Camilia’s arms and cry on familiar shoulder. I am so sorry if this made the last comic hurt more. I was having Luz feels and I thought I’d share.
Well, there's actually a au of the Owl House. In this universe, Luz is too late and Eda turns to stone, she become a criminal just as wanted as Eda was (Probably more) and goes around trying to find a cure to save Eda, using magical gear powered by a variety of glyfs and even a revolver.

I’ve been trying to find it again to see if there’s anymore but annoyingly I apparently didn’t link it and cannot remember the artist, I’ve also tried searching a lot of Owl house comic dubs and videos with no luck finding it that way, so if anyone recognise the comic/artist I’m talking about please advise or link below.
