I Love this song. As someone else mentioned, as soon as I heard the intro I knew I was going to love this song. I just wish the band would have performed this one live on stage.
Who would of thought it, Bohemian Rhapsody was such a good song it grew a conscience of it's own and composed this song. It even managed to get Fabrizio to feature in it. Wow, just wow, what an amazing song
@OwenMadaeen Well, we can still hope for a Brian/Roger only album, or perhaps they could get John to join them for it and make one final tour? That would rock so much! Especially if they would make songs like this one, I'm in love with my car, '39... And perhaps have John for backing vocals too, haha. Well we can only hope!
Have to disagree. May was just as critical to Queen's existence totally. Was SO responsible for their sound and production along with RTB, Freddy was God up front, but lacked any technical savvy, have to give May all that credit.
They were all musically genius, Freddie being of course incredible in his creation. I was just saying that May lead the way with all the kick ass guitar creations that usually made the songs 'BIG' is all and I think they loved how they gelled.
@@theweirdestyoutuberofallti8051 This was in 1976 album 'A Day at the Races'. Freddie was alive then. So Queen were heading towards their mid-career when this song was made.
All of Brian’s songs just sound like they are talking directly to me for some reason. I love it
Don't cry because it's over, smile beacuse it happened :)

I like how the style of this song is like a mix between The Byrds and The Beatles.

I always wish Brian would have pushed this song more to be played live.As far as I know it never was.
There's a deep meaning here
First time listing is nice
It's about trying to appear happy while mourning times and people that are gone from your life.

I think Deacon might play a role there as well. He had knowledge of all the technical stuff.

In this context, what would you think of a Freddie hologram? Like they did with Tupac?
