Grew up in the area. Hunted the swamp just off of Jose road as a kid. The swamp turns you around so bad that we ran baler twine to my hunting shack. Never in my life have I encountered a place as disorienting as the swamp there, even my family gets turned around in it. We aren't flatlanders either, I live about 4 miles away and have been in the woods my entire life like the rest of my clan. Was partying one night and something started running around our campsite to the point where people started magdumping into the woods trying to hit it when it just wouldn't fuck off. That was also back there, was a good party spot for a while.
@@MadFireTV It's better in the bright moonlight in my opinion, but yeah it is very green there and looks nice in some areas. Used to be heavier forest but they logged it off and there was a fire a few years ago.
