Excellent coordination of resources and manufacturing. I agree the geothermal energy is much more suited to this planet style. The uranium is just not viable. I may redo a few areas of my planet so clean up the layouts . . . since I now know I have time ;> Thank you again for all the great videos!
Thanks very much. I will go through the efficiency stuff briefly in this series. Nuclear isn't great for this planet unless a new mechanic is introduced to transfer power between islands. That would be interesting.
Looking forward to seeing the city building. I wouldn't mind seeing some of the steamrolling process as well, to give an idea of how long it takes and what difficulties you encounter while doing it.
Another enjoyable episode! Can't wait for the "urbanization" project. While I get that there will not be highway construction (due to the whole "floating island" issue), will there be a "base decoration" segment as well?
I see what you mean about the nuclear power station. It has to be fed from a source of uranium. Kinda pointless if the uranium is all in only in a scattered few locations 🤔
It only makes sense if you are willing to go through the effort of connecting power grids. Possible, but a pain, when you can just slap down geos and be done.
I will give it a go in the future. I am coming to terms with how the production lines work so I will even improve efficiency and make good factories later.

Indeed. This is early access so I'm sure the dev will be working on something.
Hey, I don't know if anyone mantioned it already but you should be able to put two miners on large node deposit :)
Surtr did mention that he was aware it was possible to do that, but has decided not to bother with it unless he didn't have a choice.
