People are freaking out about their kids seeing knocked loose on the TV? Why are their kids awake that late at night watching an adult late night show…….
Because they are lazy parents. Look at Ola, I remember him talking about tiktok and his kids wanting it on their phones so he went and installed it, saw the content and said no. Thats parenting, he didnt complain to tiktok, he made a decision on whats best for his kids.
@@nathanbolen7624 this is not even about music, this is about parents not parenting. If you dont want your kids to see a metal show, fine dont show it to them, switch channels. Its not that hard. Its actually selfish, because the parents do wanna watch the show but cant put their kids to bed.
I was happy when slipknot was on conan and happy when knocked loose was on kimmel. Late night comedy and heavy metal have always been my favorite things since the 90’s. Seeing them mix, its perfect.
Ola, from one rando to another, I just want you to know. You're, like, really good at guitar and junk. Your shit is verifiably, not ass. Godspeed, you beautiful bastard.
Satisfaction by the stones was the first riff I was taught. Followed very closely by Iron Man! My neighbor was actually a professional touring guitarist at one time in his life. He gave me my first lesson.
If you took away every single thing Dime did in metal music , he's STILL a f*ckin' LEGEND just for the way he charged that guy on stage INSTANTLY in order to protect his people without a thought for his own safety. Rest In Power forever , King.
There was a News here, It 's gone now Better late than never though! I enjoy hearing about people crying about Knocked Loose everytime. RiP Dime! Gone too early, remembered forever.
Giulio negrini's GUITARS are very beautiful, there are many incredible guitar more better thank that you have see in Facebook (or in this video). It would be nice if you brought one to your channel. (giulio negrini is italian but produces in switzerland). it's very incredible guitar!! thanks for you video ola 🙏
Every time I see that Negrini scar guitar it reminds me of the Vik guitar that someone destroyed and then someone else restored. It came out looking very similar as far as I remember.
I am pretty sure Faith no More's Epic and later Heavy as a really heavy thing on mainstream TV in New Zealand when those records came out & when I was young. The postures that Dev made in the video as well as the relative extremity of the music left a MASSIVE impact on me, and I knew where I wanted to look to in music as I got older (Re. Knocked Loose).
I contacted Giulio to ask about a guitar a while back. Really nice guy. He read my whole email, all my build requests, and even went to my band page. The only problem was that his guitars start at 9k€ 😂
GNG are sweet as guitars. Great finishes, attention to detail, and a Tolkien nerd. What’s not to love? 😂 Their endorsed artist Claudio Pietronik is a wizard and his sig guitar is *chefs kiss*
Who else changed strings like 2 or 3 times a year only? I have a guitar with strings so rusty it's dangerous I'm not playing it as much now. I'm going to set it up in either Eb or C#.
Back in the day when I started to get into playing something I started with bass because my father was a guitarist and my older brother had started to get into drums so they needed bassist to jam in our carage. :D I think the first songs I learned on bass was some older ac/dc, some motörhead and Ted Nugent along with some other classics from 70's. :D I think I was about 10 years old or even a little younger when I started and eventually I ended up enjoying guitar more than bass but I've never forgotten my roots with bass. :D Still probably the first guitar riff I learned was badly played Smoke On The Water. :D

I've got a inexpensive but amazing headless guitar (HEX/HILS) with a similar color to your white relic solar. I just put in some Seymour Duncan Pearly Gates yesterday. It was also my first time restringing a headless....that took me a while to figure out
There the answer lays,.. You have to find that urge to play guitar and get better, same as that urge to play your fav. video game.or book wherever that desire lays put it in learning the ways of guitar technique and fretboard patterns.
You won't go before you're supposed to is a fully legit album. I've enjoyed all their material and feel their hype is sort of like Gojira or Mastodons... in its not because it has mass appeal, it's because they're just genuinely immense at what they're doing.

You need to introduce your daughter to the band: LOVEBITES. They will be her new favorite metal band.
Can’t believe it’s been 20 years. ❤
Big luv to You my man!
What's your favourite tune?
@@OlaEnglund haven't seen an episode of will ..it..chug!
Rip Dimebag I remember exactly where I was when I heard the news. Sad day.
RIP Dimebag it’s been 20 years can’t believe it, your still the king brother we will keep you alive forever
Nicko announced his retirement after 42 years in Maiden 😭 also DIP DIME 🙏🏻
Dude he pulled a rockstar and lived to tell the tale, that is kind of enough merit
Retiring from touring, will continue to work for Iron Maiden. Either way, that man will forever be immortalized as a legend.
Last show in São Paulo, Brazil. Brazilians were so lucky to watch his last concert
At 72, im sure he's had enough. That's getting up in age to tour the world in a humongous metal band.
I'm so lucky to have seen him live in Mexico last month lml Our idols are getting old, it's time to go see them live before they're gone
Prayers for Glenn F and wife. Dont forget to keep watching those playlists
Bro metal on tv is great for kids! Complicated rhythms, fast instrumentation. Stimulates the brain like no other.
This! That's exactly what the world needs rn. There are so many things rotting ppl's brains
And no mention that the parent let their child stay up late as hell on a school night. Not one mention of the shit parenting.
Metal heads are so cringe bro…I love metal and im a guitar player but they get overly emotional about metal.
U absolutely crushed the solo bro. So good. ❤

Exactly, not one word mentioned about the bad parenting that took place.
Agreed, every metal band deserves a chance not everyone just listens to pop and country
@@nathanbolen7624 this is not even about music, this is about parents not parenting. If you dont want your kids to see a metal show, fine dont show it to them, switch channels. Its not that hard. Its actually selfish, because the parents do wanna watch the show but cant put their kids to bed.
@ 👍 agreed lol
Still a hard pill to swallow... Dimebag forever! Rest in power! 🤘😠🤘😥😭
Rock In Peace Dimebag
Can't wait for that Josh Middleton interview. Awesome musician
Mark Tremonti would be killer to see here Ola!! His Sinatra album and music for The Godfather pinball machine are awesome!!

Hell yeah OLA ive missed watching your videos my brother welcome back...and RIP DIME
I drank some whiskey last night in honor of Dime 🤘
I watched the "20 Years" video and you killed it Ola. Dino is a killer
I absolutely love Giulios work. As a fellow Swiss luthier he's a true inspiration (haven't met him yet, but can't wait)
HAPPY SWOLA!!!!!!!!! Gonna see Machine Head with Unearth next summah BOSTON!
REST IN POWER KING DIME!!!!
Can't wait to see that show together with Bernth and Charles ... 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
Damn, I can't believe he's been gone for 20 years. Ola, I hope you do a perfect tribute to Dimebag.
I was happy when slipknot was on conan and happy when knocked loose was on kimmel. Late night comedy and heavy metal have always been my favorite things since the 90’s. Seeing them mix, its perfect.
Back in my day WAAF Real Rock TV was on at midnight on Saturdays broadcast in English on the Spanish channel
"We're the slipnuts, we're slipping on nuts!"
Slipknot was on Kimmel several times also
@ I’m talking about specifically when they played Wait and Bleed in 2000
Used to love machine head till robbs soapboxing got out of hand.
Metal on Mainstream television is always good for the scene. I always respect Conan for all the metal bands he's had on over the years.
Coffee with Josh Middleton? Alright, I am complete, thanks Ola ❤
I like watching Ola so much I may try to get into metal!
When you are out on tour I say COFFEE WITH LOUISE would be a great addition to get those interviews. 🤘🏽
Getcha pull🤘
I’m watching this at 4:00 in the morning and couldn’t be happier 🤘🏼 love you ola
Can't wait to go see pantera
Sick intro. I love SWOLA. Hello from New York.
Dude, that crab movement should be taught wisely, truly great
“The most metal t-shape you’ve ever seen…”
Tell that to my Kiesel 8-string multiscale t-style guitar. Yes, it Djents.
Giulio is the maestro when it comes to guitar!!
Love Knocked Loose, can't wait to see them live again next March
Love the guitar tone in the intro tune, Ola.
It's blunt, dark, and has a smooth top-end.
I hate too much treble and brightness.
Mark Tremonti is a phenomenal musician all around
The first song my dad taught me was Sunshine of Your Love, which is awesome since it's just the minor pentatonic scale in reverse.
G. Negrini guitars are just pieces of art man...They are amazing. Check them all out!!!!
America loves you Ola!
Ola, from one rando to another, I just want you to know. You're, like, really good at guitar and junk. Your shit is verifiably, not ass. Godspeed, you beautiful bastard.

Rest in paradise DB
Slayer playing Kimmel was even better.
Great 👍 Keep it up no matter what... you are an inspiration for so many people that live and love electric guitar 🎸 🖤🎶🎵✌️🤘
RIP Dimebag Darrell❤
Whats up Ola...keep it rockin!
@17:30 very Petrucchisy tone right there! Nice!
I need to listen more to PANTERA. DIMEBAG FOREVER.
The new Tremonti tune became one of my favorite songs ever.
Mark would have been a fantastic interview. My family are life long fans of his
YES Stoked for Coffee with Josh!
Very cool song. I have to wait for two buddies, but I am really looking for that guitar show.🤘
That GNG guitar is so sick. Those claw marks are awesome.
Celebrating a birthday is a difficult day to celebrate when it falls on the same day our dear bad ass guitarist passed away. 🤘🔥RIP Dimebag Darrell🎉
Thanks Ola awesome as usual
I was not ready for hearing "spread your legs" just after waking up today.
R.I.P. Dime!
"I'm telling you right now!" 🤘🏻🤘🏻🤘🏻😁
I would be nervous to re-string a bunch of tremolos before a gig! The mighty Ola just slays those tremelos
If you took away every single thing Dime did in metal music , he's STILL a f*ckin' LEGEND just for the way he charged that guy on stage INSTANTLY in order to protect his people without a thought for his own safety. Rest In Power forever , King.
I love Dime forever but Dime never saw the shooter, much less charge at him.
Badass intro Ola 🤘

Here, in post-USSR countries, first riff every guitarist played is "there was a grasshopper sitting in the grass"
Flexing with Ola 🎉🎉😂😂
good luck with the tour, Ola bro!
Up the Irons!!
Rammstein played their first U.S. show at the Jimmy Kimmel show as well and it was epic. RIP DIMEBAG

Hi Ola, Giulio Negrini is from Italy 🙂🙂🙂🇮🇹🇮🇹🇮🇹
GNG are sweet as guitars. Great finishes, attention to detail, and a Tolkien nerd. What’s not to love? 😂
Their endorsed artist Claudio Pietronik is a wizard and his sig guitar is *chefs kiss*
I always thought GNG were italian guitars. I know them because Dr. Viossy plays them, and he is a monster guitar player.
I need the coffee with Josh Middleton interview! ASAP!
What a beauty 🤘😎🤘
I love my Dean Dime Bag camo k
A Silmarillion guitar! ❤
Drop C with 9-46 thought that would be to loose with such a low tuning 🤔,anyway Ola enjoy the tour keep on heavy rockin from Scotland 😊🤘
Bigger scale lenght. Iommi plays with 9s on a gibson scale in C# standard, so whatever works hah
20 years ago.... Dimebag quit this world to heaven ... RIP Dimebag ...
Who else changed strings like 2 or 3 times a year only? I have a guitar with strings so rusty it's dangerous
I'm not playing it as much now. I'm going to set it up in either Eb or C#.
Me. I hate stretching strings and retuning all the time after I change strings. I also don't play enough.
I'll be seeing you on January the 25th in Birmingham England! Booked my tickets last night and looking forward to it!
Hell yeah man!
@@OlaEnglund fun fact you're the first gig for me since the slayer farewell tour back in 2018!
So I'm quite looking forward to it!
Damn. Nicko retired! Huge news!!

thanks for a great video be safe and skilful. Pinge
I use 9-46 on all my drop C guitars; never underestimate how good light gauge strings sound in lower tunings
10-60...that will work your CHUG out.🇺🇸🤘🇺🇸
Ola mention isnt smoke on the water the first riff everyone learns. It was actually the 2nd or 3rd.
First one i learned was the Verse riff from Iron Man 🤘
Saw knocked Loose with Slipknot recently.....so good...
Getcha Pull for brother Dimebag today!!!!!!
