Thank you so much for this video. I’m really interested in Buddhism culture. I used to go to the Buddhism temple Sundays for walking meditation, stayed to have lunch with the Monks and asked questions, I really enjoyed it. I haven’t done anymore even though now I have a vehicle. Could you please make more videos about Buddhism. Thank you 🙏
Thank you for this. It’s a wonderful summary of Buddhism idea and how it affects our psychology and thus Buddhist psychology. Looking forward to more videos in this area. It has a lot of room for exploration in this modern world.
Having recently completed Self Analysis (self taught) I meditated 20 minutes daily which allowed Mindfulness, to keep me in the present. Analytical Psychology and Buddhism ought to be Co-creators for enhanced Mental Health.
Thank you so much for this! Very valuable information displayed in a clear way :) I really enjoyed your way of talking ang explaining things. Am writing a paper about buddhism and psychology for a class, it helped a lot :)
Extremely well expressed! Integrates. Puts things in perspective. Motivates. BUT, how best to follow it....is the burning question. Kindly advise and advise.
Many ways! For example I have many videos on my channel and two small courses (they are playlists on mindfulness meditation and mindfulness in everyday life). I also made a video with the best free resources on the internet. There are some great resources there for practice. And right now I’m reading The Seeing That Frees by Rob Burbea and I think it’s one of the best books out there on practicing these principles. Good luck!
Hello mate Thank u so much for ur clarification about buddhist psychology.am gonna follow buddhist psychology as my degree sub though am a hindu i love buddhism and lord budha
Nice summation, this comforted me in that I already have the concepts I need and to quit anxiously searching like there is some key I don't yet understand.
hey Jude! i love the new video but my question is unrelated to the video, today for the first time i saw a small white light while mediating ? do you know what that means ?
@@BeingIntegrated thank you for taking the time to answer my question! It's really helpful! Because when i Googled it the articles that i read talked about the third eye being opened etc which i found to be a little bit of an obstacle if someone starts to attach that meaning to the practice of meditation
Fantastic. A great reminder of all the principles and concepts. Any suggestions for reading material on equanimity or compassion? Or just a general good book in Buddhism?
Thank you so much for this video.

Buddhism is ancient form of psychology but first you need to filter all tantric traditions ( samsara, karma )
I like your idea, many people have mixed up Psychology and Buddhism. They better teach either Psychology or Buddhism.
