    Cannibal cult aesthetic. Rocking it.

    Really good tutorial. I've actually never liked the method that embeds an orange light strip inside the foam though, for two reasons. 1, if a light goes out you will never be able to replace it, and two, my favorite light source for this type of prop is one of those "flame effect" screw in light bulbs, because the flickering makes it look like real fire. I just spray the foam over an upside down bowl, trash can lid, or whatever (cover it in plastic wrap so you can get the foam off and not ruin it) and the resulting hollow is where you can install the light with a cord that has a light bulb socket on it. (If you can find a light string with flicker effects that will probably work too) I want to add more bones to mine though, yours has so many skulls, it looks crazy!

    This would be cool to make a bonfire from dark souls just add a coiled sword in the middle an boom you’re the chosen undead. so what, wanna fight about it?!

    You really do not have to spray the foam on top of the lights, you can add the lights after by poking them through the foam. Then you dont waste lights if you dont like how the foam came out.

      That seems like a lot of extra work, but yeah it would be more tunable. I wonder if it would work on several layers of foam like this

    This looks awesome! Thanks for sharing! Where did you find the hollow half skulls you made the molds from?

      @chemclassrules  Місяць тому

      @karenclarkson2544 I think they were from dollar general, to be honest. Pretty much just cut a cheap plastic skull in half

      It's just a plastic skull, but we cut off the back half
