Hi Katie, I am looking to set up my aesthetic practice. Would you recommend this home device for the treatment room or should I reach out to other manufactures for professional use? Thank you for your wonderful content. Keep up the great videos!
I purchased this device and had to return it. When I first started using it strong air would come out, after a few days the air didn’t come out very strong and then it just stopped completely.
I got this same problem before. However, after they told me how to brush the nozzles and protective film area with the blue brush the device is working just fine like before. Sometime dust might clog the nozzles after a while.
I'm sorry Lulu. Victoria is right. Microparticles of the ozone can get stuck in the nozzle and clog it. Brushing the nozzle helps to prevent and release this build up.
@@TheOrganicEsthetician Hi. I brush it religiously. It still clogs often. I find myself constantly brushing it repeatedly during the same 5 min. session, and often it still barely works. Is it supposed to be cleaned with alcohol? Are there advanced cleaning tips. It is less than a month old, so I shouldn't have to change the film cover. Another question - is this the same as an oxygen facial? Since I'm getting frustrated by it I'm wondering if oxygen facials are the way to go. Is the OZ portable on Amazon a better version of the Enercharger? I love the BioEqua WHEN it works.
Thank you so much for this! Do you think the Droplette device does the same thing in a different way? I use my Bioequa and love it but I’m curious whether they’re similar devices in different ways. I really don’t want another device 😂. Thank you for all the technical info 💝
Your skin is beautiful. Thank you for the review. My question to you is if you have to have one or two home devices which one would you choose? Thank you
Thank you! The devices you choose should be determined by the results you'd like to achieve or concerns you'd like to address. Everyone will be a little different. Hey Katie, I have the Enercharger in my Amazon cart. Question: Should I use the Enercharger before or after my LED tool? Also, before or after my RF tool (Newa)? Thanks. Hope you're having a nice day! cheri
Hi Everyone: I just wanted to let you know that I didn't hear from Katie so I contacted BIOEQUA Customer service in regard to my question as to the order to use our hand tools to include the Enercharger. Basically, they said to use the Enercharger last. Whether you're using a LED, microcurrent, radio frequency, etc. - use the Enercharger LAST. Hope this helps. Please note that KATIE did recommend we contact Biequa directly for any questions. Thanks. Have a nice day all! cheri
Sorry Cheri! I've been away all week with my mom. Glad you reached out to them directly! And that's exactly how I'd suggest using this device, as a finishing treatment to push your serums in deeper. I also really like it over a sheet mask. Thanks for sharing with everyone! ❤️
@@TheOrganicEsthetician Hey Katie, no worries - I know you've had a lot on your plate. I always look forward to your vids. Please keep them coming! So did you buy yours from amazon or directly ? The reviews from amazon - complaining that it’s faulty. Thank you for clarifying the order! I have the clareblend mini, time master pro and the newa plus led machine. 😅

Thanks for the super discount Katie! I just got my Enercharger in the mail two days ago from Amazon! I haven't tried it yet, but I plan to start tomorrow! I'm super excited! 😄 😁 🤔 You said in your first video on this that you use yours twice a day. I'm also doing my three day microcurrent and three day radio frequency treatments So, should I use this daily or 3-4 days aweek then onto a maintenance mode after a few months? Whats the protocol?
@@MayaNicoleN all of it worked well. I got to maintenance with the microcurrent and radio frequency, but then life things happened and I slaked off. I can tell I'm not doing it atm. I'd start with red light, then do my radio frequency first, then microcurrent and then finish with the Enercharger. If you want thorough protocol for at home device's, Penn Smith has charts and many videos on her channel. I hope that was helpful.

Yay! 🎉 I was so excited to see this video! I've been looking forward to another Enercharger video since your last one. I haven't bought one yet, but it's my next device purchase after Christmas. Two questions... If I use my myolift and newa in the am, one after the other, should I wait until the evening before bed to use the Enercharger, or can I use it right after the other two? Also, you said it helps push in product. Should I put on all my serums and moisturizer including my retinoid or is there anything I should wait to apply after the treatment? Oh BTW, love the new background! 💖
Such a great question! Okay, use your NEWA then your Myolift. Remove your gel. Tone your skin and apply serums, then use your Enercharger! Follow with oil and moisturizer. Now technically you could use the Enercharger over moisturizers but I find it's a more pleasant treatment when used over water-based serums. As for Retinol and Vitamin C, if you are not sensitive, you can use your Enercharger to push those deep too. I'd just keep an eye on your skin and see how it responds. If you notice irritation, stop using them together and it’ll go away immediately. Does that make sense?
@@TheOrganicEsthetician Yes! This helps so much! Thank you. Two other questions. Can I red/infrared while doing any of these? And can I have my serums and moisturizer while using red/infrared?
@@TheOrganicEsthetician one other question. I'm so excited! My hubby got me the Nira laser and its on it's way here. How should I add the Nira in? I will only be using it around my eyes. Do you think it's ok to use this before or after the microcurrent and red radio frequency? Or should I wait to start Nira once I'm in maintenance with them?
I like to use actives during both my morning and evening skincare routines. However using the bioequa after these active water based serums really dries out my skin. ☹️ Should I be moisturizing with this device prior to using actives? . . . Basically how do I incorporate this device with active skincare ingredients? Thank you ☺️
I like keeping my skin really hydrated with a toner during my enercharger treatments. Then follow it up with an oil and a moisturizer. Maybe consider adding a hyaluronic based serum into the mix too?
