21-24 Ford F150 & Lightning Leather Seat Install

This is an install video to give you a glimpse at the difficulty of installing leather on your f150. Difficulty is low but the work is tedious. My wife and I did the install over 2 days. Total install time was likely around 10 hours. My truck is a 2023 Ford F150 Lightning XLT with heated seats but this should be more or less the same on all XL, XLT and Pros.
Parts List
Option 1: Leather seat covers with the rear arm rest sewn up (this is the set I used in the video for my truck:

Option 2: Leather seat covers with the rear arm rest (this is a good option if you are changing the leather on a lariat with the rear arm rest or if you have the ability to upholster your seats, you can sew these up yourself and save a little money).

Thanks for posting. I had an upholsterer do this but however, you do it - I highly recommend upgrading your XLT to leather. Go ahead and do it when you get the truck or you will keep putting it off like I did on my old truck and never get around to it. I immediately got it done for my Lightning and I'm glad I did.

did you have to disconnect the battery of the truck before removing the wires on the seats?

I'm awaiting delivery of a 2024 Lightning Pro with Vinyl seats. Any chance you'd still have your XLT front seat covers and want to sell them?

The driver seat has slight scratches if your interested
