Really enjoyed your vlog Annie ! regarding the swimming side of your training, when exhaling underwater do you breathe through your mouth or nose ?🏊♀️
You might know this, on your Coros watch you can do indoor run and set it to “Virtual Run” - then you can run on Zwift! It’s handy if you don’t have a “smart” treadmill 🏃♀️
Where did you learn how to swim? How long have you been swimming? I have swam for about 5 months in my life. I cruise at about 2:00-2:05/100yards. My best 100 yard splits are 1:50ish. When I hear times like yours I’m just flabbergasted. I need to get better!
I started in June 2022 and would swim around 2:00 / 100 yards. Little by little I've been whittling the times down! Now I can swim 1:30 - 1:35 per 100 pretty comfortably. I recommend having someone record you swimming and you'll see where you can improve your form. I always have to remind myself to keep high elbows during the pull and rotate my body! But lots of people have issues with sinking legs or lifiting their head too high when they breathe
I think as long as you maintain the same cadence you would outdoors, then there’s no issue. I’ve never felt it negatively affect my outdoor power! It actually makes pushing hard watts outside easier for me
Woo see you in Oceanside! You’ll be miles and miles ahead of me, but I’ll be cheering you on from the middle of the pack 🫶

How are you comparing TP Virtual vs Zwift? Is it better? Is it better value for koney? Tnx and keep goong😊
it is literally the same thing (with worse graphics) & it’s free for TP Premium members! & free till March for everyone
I heard erg mode isn’t ideal. Have you heard anything like that? Curious because I stopped using it a few months ago …
