Actually Brian and Gordon were best friends and hung out together in the sixties. Just a bit of rock and roll musical history for you all I thought I would share. Christine Klinger

Here's another stunning example of Rolling Stones music that has been able to bridge the years. This song/arrangement/performance is just as fresh and exciting as when it was first done over 50 years ago. This is one band that has known from the beginning how to deliver the goods. I never get tired of listening to them. :D

Thanks cousin Brian for pulling out those A and D harps and caring so much, from a 14 year old in Detroit in 1964 who didn't know Buddy Holly from Bo Diddley from Little Walter and heard and felt this song so deeply on his Dad's car radio. You took us on a trip that made life worth living. And Pop, thanks for not changing the channel.

American rythm'n'blues and rock'n'roll of the fifties remixed a few year later by an english boys band with pretty faces and revolutionnary long hair. All the best blues and rock'n'roll concentrated in one band, with a better sound (sound techniques had improved in the meantime). That was the key of their success

Why do you say Brian "wishes he was a pop star"? Yet you say nothing about Mick or Keith's Chuck Berry move at the beginning. Brian was a GREAT harmonica player. So he can't show off a bit? Plus he is free to move around without a guitar. He taught Mick almost everything he knew. Anyway, thanks for the upload it is very entertaining and the takes of that crowd-prize goes to the lady in the white hat at about 1:04!
