And i've wondered and stumbled in the dead zone ! my only conclusion is that he dabbled in solvent abuse cuz that's where most truths are unbound .

Guy Evans's heroic cymbal crashes at "my soul is cast in crystal..." This would have to be in my top 10 Hammill songs. It is a piercing, harrowing glimpse of the divine. So glad I didn't ever hear this back in my acid experiments. I'm not sure I'd have made it back.
