Can someone tell what the hand is for? I didn't hear that he said so important for dra or something like that
Important to protect the jaw, inside lowkicks are thrown close to the opponent if you swing away your left hand you might get popped with a right straight or something more dangerous.
if you guys have never been kicked in the leg before...the kicks that duane took from bas in this video DO NOT feel good at all..especially from an expert kicker such as bas
