I don't know if it's this episode or the next one (I think the next one), but at some point I encounter the "new" way Habitats work (i.e. have worked for like... a year, but I haven't played in a while). After the video I do check the wiki to see what the deal is with the whole Habitat Central Complex vs Major Orbital vs Minor Orbital. Honestly seems like a HUGE improvement to reduce micromanagement and I'm excited to put it to use.
Idk if you've already declared war in the comming already recorded episode, but if you haven't, you could try to get access to those overlords if you get cozy enough with the guys on the other side of the wormhole and get those to open their borders. You can probably quite easily vasalise them too, with them being pathethic to you, and as you do offer the vassal agreement, don't allow them to join your offensive wars, giving you hyperlane access and starbases to launch your offensive against those overlords from. (Beware to not vassalize anyone as a bulwark, those'll leech your economy dead and can end playthoughs)

@@jezusbloodie Great advice! However, I think that - given our theme - I don't want to vassalize anyone this playthrough.
I look forward to new episodes all week! Thank you for the entertainment.
Because you don't have a Minster of State on the council, you get -25% diplow weight
Plus de Stellaris! Keep it going 🙂
