He might not have said that, but it still doesn’t change all of the facts that marsh was talking about. Then non use of Hyatt is insane. I know he’s not as good as Nabers but he should be this team’s WR2 even if he’s not the best because he needs to develop

it is ridiculous the Giants don’t run 10 personnel with the offensive line improvements. I get it Nabers is open every route, they should still spread it around a bit.

Jalin Hyatt is living in "OBJ's nightmare" with the NY Giants. I'm glad he speaks out. This might be the second time the Giants traded their draft #1 WR to another team. Keep losing so many talented playmakers for the NY Giants.

Bottom line is that Slayton is DJ's crutch.. they came into the league together and are comfortable working together

1) Marsh, you cant say Daboll is coaching for his job and needs to win games or he should be fired...
But at the same time say Hyatt should get more snaps because this year is about development. Daboll IS coaching for his job and he thinks manhertz and slayton give him a better shot to win than hyatt.
2) Daboll is not going to tell anyone why Hyatt is not getting more snaps. What if, for example Hyatt is not doing well in run blocking and pass blocking , missing assignments. Daboll is not going to say Hyatt is missing his assignments, running bad routes, and missing blocks. Because that would be publicly throwing Hyatt under the bus. Thats how a coach loses the locker room.
Truthfully just using hyatt on Go routes will open the offense almost every play because they are gonna need to have two people on him a high safety and the db like slayton is not doing that anymore. The fact they played him on week 2 after he was in concussion protocol is insane to me and when he dropped that pass in endzone that was my indicator he was probably not 100%. Slayton and wandale needs to be splitting reps since they run the same route trees basically hyatt is only speedster even if you use him as decoy it will open the field up.
#13 Jalin would be excelling on any other team. Daboll seemed to squelch Jalin's desire to be Rookie of the Year the first season. IDK why you wouldn't do anything but encourage a player like that, but Daboll hasn't done anything but throttle him since the beginning. Jalin WANTS and CAN make BIG plays. I hope he does transfer. He deserves better.
The rumor was supposedly back in the summer and Hyatt just said today that this is not true. Regardless, The Giants need to find a way to get him more reps

Dabolls offense is as explosive as a wet whipper snapper.. He’s actually made me miss Mcadoo-doo and I didn’t think that was possible. Daboll absolutely sucks at getting the ball to his playmakers.. Robinson is the most explosive guy on the team and we don’t use him..

Despite what many giants fans think, this guy isn’t good. Speed isn’t everything. Lot of guys who came into the league boasting fastest 40 times were out of the league within a couple years. wr have to understand finding holes and route running. I don’t think he does.
He plays slatyton because he is worried about his job. You can say how its "about development" but when the head coach is trying to save his job then he will do whatever he thinks gives him the best chance to save his job.
If the OL was actually fixed then Hyatt would play a lot more. This is schoens fault.
Just run two slot receivers and two wide receivers that settles the problem
Marshal I think you are oversimplifying the situation by saying just play him. He’s not a threat to take the top off the defense if he’s only a deep threat. He actually hinders the offensive play calling significantly if he’s not a threat in the short or intermediate game. I want to see him play but he needs to EARN those reps over Slayton
It's obvious he's in Daboll's dog house, unless Hyatt needs a remedial course on Daboll's Offense.
What I never understood was the Waller sign up last year he never even really believed in his tight ends back then either and Hyatt is wasted under daballs all on him he needs to play more.
Hopefully they’re just trying to drive up Slayton’s trade value (I.e. by signaling to other teams that he’s a major part of our gameplan and thus would require more assets to pry him away from us). If he’s traded by week 6, that’s plenty of games to develop Hyatt.
I would be fielding calls on Slayton and Ojulari. Stock up draft picks so we can get talent around the QB we draft this year.

Its funny how the jets already drafted sam darnold n zack wilson in both top 2 n 3 in 2018 n 2021 in the drafts the same amount of time we been stuck on Daniel jones drafted at 6 in 2019.

I commented on your last video saying what a horrible take you had saying the giants should trade for Bryce young and it appears that’s been deleted so I’m sure this one will be as well. Again marshal you have a horrible take. You literally explained in a previous video how bowens defense is getting shredded because he primarily runs nickel defense so opposing offenses just run it on us all day. Well now you are saying we need to run less two tight end sets and STOP using manhertz even though our run game was outstanding last year and it’s noticeable that the trend in football is swinging back toward running the football. The best thing the giants could do is trade slayton and let Hyatt play and develop but saying we shouldn’t be running 12 personnel (even though it’s workin) because we have 4 good receivers?… have you never heard of play action? Think back to when Eli was here and how good our run game was and how great Eli was off play action… wasn’t because he was consistently lining up in 10 personnel. There is way more to being an explosive offense then just having your 4 fastest guys out there…

Broooo we have only seen Darius slaytons floor. With Daniel jones at qb all of these players are performing at their minimum ceiling. The second they leave this team they are all gonna get double to triple the numbers.

Spread the ball around to other wide receivers. I know Malik Nabers is great but all this extensive time may increase his chance of getting hurt and possibly shortening his career. You need multiple threats with your receivers and running backs.
We need to get Slayton off the Roster. Holding on to him is hurting the WR's that the coaching Staff and DJ hold on to. DJ needs to be forced to trust Nabors and Hyatt.

Last season it was not until Tyrod Taylor got into games that the Giants were able to exploit Hyatt's skill set (deep speed). I think Daniel Jones does not have the ability to read defenses quickly enough to wait for Hyatt to break open. Dabol's play calling is for shits as well. I hope we lose the Head coach before the player
