Hello, could you put a burchda RX80 dideo that I bought and I don't know how to configure the screen, there should be videos of how to configure all the parameters, please, there are no Rx80 videos anywhere.
Good morning, Very unhappy with my CmaceWheel RX20, bought 7/2022. After 6 months the Keyframe holder on the bike broke, so o had to replace the whole Key setup in the Battery. Not easy. Now the Front Motor is not working for 4 months, but I was busy and did not report it, so it’s OUT Of WARRANTY, as 13 months and 95 km (yeah, that’s all). The Factory support was incomplete, sarcastic and frankly shows NO knowledge of the bike (until I started yelling). What I can notice is RE-BRANDING to DUOTTS, VAKOLE C020, which indicates to me that the original brand is failing! They should have fixed the problems first! After additional testing and hours of work by myself, 1. Clearly the Controller is defective, so I am asking for an immediate replacement. 2. The Motor is also probably defective, but I am willing to wait for the Controller replacement. What worries me about it, is the cost and the danger that the NEW controller will be blown by the defective Motor. Any ideas?
Hello, where did you buy the bicycle? I just bought an RX80 and it has a 3-year warranty. They tell me people's comments are very good with this bicycle, that's why I bought it and they have sold a lot. Can you tell me your case to know more about where you bought it? bought and from which seller to know
Hi, problem was solved. Front engine cable was ruined under the fork. Bad location and shielding. If you have such a cable, check it out and redirect from under the fork. They sent mea new switch, controller and cable, 80$ but in the end only the cable was needed... Good luck! @@marrma9881
