***** That is so cool! I just finished watching a video of Mac at one of Carlton's festivals in the early 70's he was on stage with 20 fiddle players, it was great! Wade Mainer,died at age 104,in 2011. His wife Julia,died at age 95,in 2014. They were married for almost 75 years. As Mac Wiseman,said, they couldn't make it from Flint,Michigan,because of the Snow. The Mainers,were originally, from North Carolina,and were in the Music spotlight from the beginning of Country Music, before Acuff, and others. They were dedicated Christians,too.
I love them all our music is our language our way of life!

Brother Oswald got most of his licks from Hawaiian steel guitar players but nobody seems to give them credit.
