I had this room except facing Central Park. It was really nice not one complaint or issue.. You don't spend much time in the room only to sleep or shower/get ready. Sparkling ship. Very clean !
Man, for you people complaining about the size of the room id hate to see how much time you spent in there. The majority of my cruise fair is for the amenities on the ship. i.e. The Flowrider, the rock climbing wall, the hot tubs, the promenade, shows, etc. In other words, the size of the room should be no issue because you're spending most of your awake hours exploring this 225,000 ton 1,187ft long city on water.
People like you are annoying and really need to expand your perspective. All cruisers dont cruise to climb a rock wall. Some cruisers spend time reading and lounging. Others attend the spa. Some cruisers, like me, "work from home"...while on vacation and it's important that the room be larger than a closet.
Seems pretty simple, get a bigger room... People like you are annoying because you probably pay for a Kia (no offense to Kia owners) and expect Mercedes Benz quality.
I will be going on this ship in the Fall. I am very excited. I was on a smaller cruise last year in 1 of those middle rooms, no windows and smaller than this. This looks so much nicer. I can't wait. You're like me. I don't show myself and you only see my camera and hand in mirrors. I like no narration so we think for ourselves about what we see. Give this a thumbs up and a fave.
Very nice. I love the slider for the balcony and I like the fact that the shower is not a curtain. I haven't been on RCI, but I do intend to go one day. Thanks for the tour!
Don't smoke but use to.Still ganji thoe.On my balcony when ship is sailing.Never had a problem.24th cruise coming up on royal c. People will even say they can catch you on camera.They dont have cameras pointed in on your balcony.Just respect people next to you and you can smoke when out at sea.And of course designated areas on ship.
You get a few basic cable channels, a news channel, all in English (American English). There will be a few movie channels that play the same movies in a loop all week in multiple languages, a radar channel that shows you where you are and a cruise channel that gives you ship news such as what to expect at certain ports.
Wayne G who uses hangers on a cruise? I've cruised so many times now that I just ball my clothes up and stuff them in my luggage and shake them out when I'm ready for them. with all the eating i do they will just get messed up anyway.
shopnoraj no, I'd say the inside cabins are economy class. They are all small though. They do have bigger balcony cabins, such as a junior suite, or a suite.

Thats because carnival skipped out on the luxury and food. Have you even seen the boats side by side. Carnival is for cheap kids on spring break

I have a question, if the bio of this room says "can fit family of 4", does that mean it comes w/ extra beds?
I think the couch may fold out but I am not sure as I didn't check. I know on other ships I have had rooms where beds fold out of the ceiling.
