Great stuff Bryan! Love your videos. Your first transformation video inspired me and now I'm 20 pounds lighter over 4 months! Do you do any sort of reverse diet to slowly increase your calories or do you just jump right back in a +500 caloric surplus?
What if you can't afford an Apple Watch or My Fitness Pal (with Macro Tracking) and you need to lose 40lb. fast for Boot Camp (I have until November 13th, 2024) but you also want to stay having muscle, etc. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. (While also working full time swing shift).
What a timing, just about to start "cutting" a bit as well. Haven't been on so heavy bulk though, but have just eating definitely enough to fuel my workouts 😋
