Mia the Toy Poodle 'Quite' Patient for Food

I was trying to get Mia to eat her food but she wanted to play instead, so I made her do tricks for the food (which for some reason she likes doing). She would rather do tricks than just have the whole bowl.

Your little dog is so adorable! So smart! I have been trying to find a good breeder in the Dallas Texas area. How do you find a dog that is this beautiful. I look at some of the so called AKC breeders and they don't look that great, and very expensive.
Have any hints? Are the small breeds healthy? I was told by a friend the smaller breed dogs have major medical issues. How old is Mia? Thanks for your time. Ann, Dallas Texas
