Yes unfortunately it’s common. And I was shocked to find they smoke in hotel rooms, in places which are non smoking. Very selfish of them as second hand smoke is harmful to the people around them
I don't agree with your reviews about Sama Sama hotel. As an Asian for you to bad mouth about Malaysian hotels is not acceptable! My British husband and I had stayed many times in a number of hotels in KL, we are very satisfied with the price and service. We travelled to many western countries and most hotels are very expensive with poor hygienes. Soiled and blood stained bedsheets, breakfast was not impressively served, porters demanded tips before they are willing to carry your luggage. In Malaysia, porters are very polite and free service.
This was my own bad experience. It’s not bad mouthing, rather the hotel could consider ways to improve in order to attract the money of paying customers like myself. I’m entitled to my opinion as a customer who paid rm 1,000 for the room for one night. It’s nothing to do be being Asian or Western. Are you saying that because I’m Asian I should turn a blind eye to all faults and issues in Asia? I would say the same negative things if I experience the same negative things in a hotel in any other country. Did you stay at this hotel in a similar room? Happy to read you about your experience if you also stayed there as a paying guest.
Hey Evelyn, did you actually watch the whole video? She mentions many positive things about her stay there. Are you employee at this hotel or the owner? You could improve instead of attacking paying guests!
