I go flicker, since i can have escape, also all of his skills work with flicker, you can land your s2 much easier with flicker, this way you can reach backline way more easily, you can even ult someone then flicker towards the right enemy to deal damage with ult to that enemy.

It's not flicker + 2nd, but 2nd + flicker, area is not seen too, so it really can catch of guard.
