When I think of KLIA and KL Sentral, I will always thought of ERL's Siemens Desiro. I was on the joy ride when its first day of operation at April 2002 (i was pretty young that time) and honestly that's the best feeling all times even until today when I was onboard the Siemens Desiro. CRRC Changchun will never replace that feeling.
Narr.., nowe eetz not. Doent think it is a matter of opinion nor judgment on yor part Ms., but rather one that is just prejudicial at best. C'mawwn.., aint that so ? Well.., let's give there some plain sincerity, it's just that simple. But I'll confess the Germans are indeed ahead in metallurgical, chemical & mechanical technologies. For they had (like) a century & a half or so lead, way ahead in these understandings. W/o a need for further intro, they & the Swiss are like the very best in gearing (mechanical) technologies. While in Chemicals, they always had an affinity with it & was thus in a way able to make remarkably durable metals that had higher tolerances than most for lasting longer. Aend Yup., doubtless, the Germans, French & especially the long-time tech-teacher-seefoo-maha gooroo, consort & help partner Russia, all particularly were & I believe still are instrumental in China's current rise in tech matters & the resultant successes that followed. Having mentioned those, we must also not leave-out the tho hardly believable or imaginable but a true fact, who equally was just as or still is instrumental as the others just mentioned, is Japan. Baa..(but), when it comes to finesse, comfort & elegance in yesteryear designs, I'd say the Germans really took the back seat on that in the way back & had only arrived at bettering that only recently, in around only a decade or so back, essentially with a fresh blooded generation of young engineers & designers, who are more willing to listen to patron opinions & not as their predecessors were, who but go-by holding great pride, confidence & admiration on their German Heritage for their many long held reputation for giving exceptional quality-built & lasting products. Nonetheless they now accord incredibly admirable, flawless refinements to works on minute details. Aesthetical designs too are more pleasing these days & gave the notion of advancement with beautiful panelling & did away with rocker or toggle switches, but put in its place, press(ure) buttons, "soft or light touch" or evn the recently introduced "(Hand) Gesture (-read)" Controls. To sum it all the Germans are now finally willing to for the most part embrace microelectronic techs than from keeping to the previous long stay with mechanical-electrics methodology to so much only the extent of admitting only analogous semi-conductor electronic techs, but not digital ones. I encourage R' German Bros to also especially pursue micro or evn nano electronic techs, while at not letting this up, do also delve into the understanding of the corresponding Computer Softwares techs. Now why wud I say such, cuz atta time back I took myself to ride somne downtown metropolis commuter-rail rides & the differences were stark, for something of near similar sizes & had equal number of car-coaches, the Canadian Bombardier made ones are better in comfort, for they did not give one the impression that as-if one was in the chair of a D-Box or War'ickshire's 'RoboCoaster' "Motion Experience" kinda rides watching 2012 or San Andreas. The system running-on another line was made by one German Co. & one can plainly tell the vehicle was as-if a whole 2 or 2 & one-half times heavier as they go over the elevated rail-bridge thorough fare rumbling like as-if an earthquake was happening.
The train announcement sound like normal train not feeling exclusive like before. I hope the woman that done the previous version of announcement is coming back to bring back the exclusiveness
The new train has typical Asian interior which is simple. But in this case it has a typical look cheap of China which lack that comfort feeling nor eye pleasing. Euro train interior normally has that unique design and that feel good warmth feeling. It does look like LRT but the question is is it worth your money?
chek arooz Yes, that’s what I was wondering as well. For some people, it doesn’t matter. But every time I board the train, I don’t feel relax at all. Thanks for your feedback.
@@jun_suzuki42 the newer interferometer refurbished model for Changchun looks the same as the desiro. So outlook and interior look goes to Changchun more
Mr.Lancet, izznt that in a way good too. For no matter who our allegiance are to, when they help us to up in the understanding of anything tech related, they are our brothers & what's most important here is We must not in any way reject incoming tech inputs or be "Innovation Resistant" & get left behind at preferably listening to misguided sauerkraut sore-loser - naysayers that trump-up (nothing at all to do with President Trump) rejection & denouncing technologies as what certain lost extremists deemed all things techs are the devil's device or in essence anti-GOD or the so-believed by the dim-wit lots as "the usher-in - herald, the prelude road that leads to the eventual destruction of GOD Loved humans by machines' take-over, their subjugation & the in-turn slave-make of humans, that kinda absolutely pathetic nonsensical lost believes.

Siemen dan Hyundai Korea it's oke or Europe type..china product is ugly and no quality..copy paste product..don't down grade my country with ugly things
Honestly , I prefer the et425 siemens desiro instead of this new one , how about you ?
I agree with you. The interior of this new train looks cheap.
Zack R China products, why do you think? They tend to look at cost effective, not quality effective.

what do you think??made in Germany and made in china??,,,,still big different quality ,,
Tren laju Yang terbaik malaysia miliki, Zaman Tun yang buat KLIA ekspress ni.. laju perjalanan cool. tak bergoyang tren, bukan macam ETS..
ETS pakai track Zaman British.Meter gauge memang la goyang tak selesa.ERL pakai gauge yg besar sikit
ETS Track 1000 mm (meter gauge track).
ERL track 1435 mm (standard track).
However ETS the fastest in the world for meter gauge track.

I Like Too Much The KLIA Transit & KLIA EKSPRES.

It sounds slightly like Singapore's C751C which is built by Alstom and Shanghai Electric
I still prefer the German Made Train. This one look outdated and backward.

yux!it's too bright!we are in tropical.please make it less brightness during daytime.
Susah2 bina trains sungai buloh kajang kenapa sepi peminat...sangat mubazir...bina nya ngutang banyak
Kau sibuk apa?
Mmg bukan waktu org pulang kerja..kemudahan ini utk kurangkn kesesakan..paham?
Org buat mrt kau pun sibuk nak buat mrt. Tp bodoh
I think they should the door to automatic ,just like mrt..
it's to save aircond inside the train...
Looked so troblesome that must press the door button or sensor to open it rather than auto door.
I think it is quite acceptable, cabin temperature will be easily maintained during hot days.
The buttons are hard to press.

The train is nice but not station. Esp the sentral station, seriously require for refurbishment. 👎
cili padi are you Malaysian, what is your suggestion to refurbish KL Sentral. Now it's connected with NU Sentral shopping mall, what else do you think need to refurbish.
KL Sentral station was made to stand hundreds of years. Imagine in 2200 the future people looking at it as a historical monument.
Janji toilet dkt setiap station bersih dan tak berbau. Ni kalau kotor and berbau buat apa
