Relaxo is now 28K market cap. 3X in 2 years
Relaxo is good its products are for slightly below middle class and lower class. United colors of benetton footwear are more attractive and affordable. Relaxo pays nearly 9% of PBT to promoters as salary, also pays dividend while holding debt, this is a concern. Also if were to buy relaxo products, one has to choose from many which makes it less efficient. I think UCB will dominate in future. You never know😎.
For a layman /fresh investor like me, anything that is kept simple is attractive.

You had shown relaxo is better in your analysis but many mutual fund companies invested in Bata. Can you please explain why? What they found interesting in Bata and not in Relaxo.

you should add one more parameter i.e. pledged promoter share holding.....because that part from D/E ratio...this also gives an indication how much leveraged a business is.....once should keep hands off from companies with large percent of promoter share holding pledged......as an example we can see Kishore biyani's Future Retail....

For ROCE, it is EBIT..... For ROE, it is Net Profit
