Keith really seems like a Humble and Decent person. I completely understand the love he is receiving. His position in the game makes me think about the state of America and tradition education. Out of all the culinary schools and ‘Classically Trained’ critics in the U.S. we are entering an era where we intentionally trust the non-trained individual more because we equated honesty with not being corrupted by the system. The educated person is automatically seen as untrustworthy.

Keith really seems like a Humble and Decent person. I completely understand the love he is receiving. His position in the game makes me think about the state of America and tradition education. Out of all the culinary schools and ‘Classically Trained’ critics in the U.S. we are entering an era where we intentionally trust the non-trained individual more because we equated honesty with not being corrupted by the system. The educated person is automatically seen as untrustworthy.

Great to see Keith Lee on this platform. I don’t understand the negativity sometimes. Why are people mad about someone trying to help small businesses? Even if a restaurant does not get a perfect review, it’s an opportunity for growth and accountability.
