I like all the predator and or predator vs alien movies, but they make the predators/Yautja seem sluggish, methodical yes, but like you can see its a dude with a suit. They also make them pur or growl too much. They should make a movie where they are more agile, fight in groups use ingenious improvision when their weapons break, fail, run out of ammo or in general for food, dressing wounds, getting oxygen in space or under water or something. They should show their shear super human abilities without looking like its a guy in a suit, much like the video games portray them just better cgi so it look more real

I absolutely love this movie. Not only is the first movie in a long time to do the Yautja species (predators) right without going overboard. They also spend so much time and effort to ensure that it was culturally accurate and respectful. Which is not only good humanity but also helped improve the story. And made it feel all that more real. It's really a work of art.😂❤ now if only the Alien Franchise could get in touch with its roots again too.

I read somewhere that the director actually wanted to do more practical effects, but I think the studio pushed for more cgi, which is too bad cuz I enjoyed the scenes that were fully practical and they felt like they held more weight and grit. Still had more practical effects than I would’ve originally expected.
Can't say for sure, you have to consider personal taste, but in my opinion this one sits on the third spot of the Preds' podium (first being 1987 no matter what and second being Predator 2, that movie got a lot of nice stuff not entirely expressed), I totally dislike Feral's face but with the mask on and his overall design he's pretty badass, Di Liegro did a job very well done in the fight scenes, and Feral had 'personality' in general. Not even close to best, but enjoyable.

I absolutely love this movie. Not only is the first movie in a long time to do the Yautja species (predators) right without going overboard.
