Really good video man I enjoyed it like always. One thing though, the claim about only 5 people in the world being able to do the baki pose is inaccurate. For many calisthenics athletes and break dancers it is very basic move and one arm planche is 1000x more difficult.

I cant believe you actually got the baki pose even chris heria and browney could not do that, you are insane at learning skills and i think your best skill is that you can pretty much learn any skill quite fast
That's because he actually didn't get it 😅 the correct form is to have your arm all the way extended/straight where your legs are "floating". He did probably the final progression of the real baki pose, but this is still insanely impressive!

He did not do it properly. The guy he showed on the video did with a straight arm. But he did with the elbow on his stomach. It is way easier

It's not possible if u try to do a pushup in that position ur center of gravity will shift away from your hand causing you to fall down so there's no correct way to do the pose
