Found out I missed Jubilee, Iron Man, and Black Bolt lol. That being said, all 3 of these are worth skipping at this point unfortunately, and my Adam Warlock statements still hold, but if you want to get him you will need Jubilee.
Thank you for the video. Unfortunately when I started playing 3 months they had good bundle prices for Sinister 6 and Guardians so I bought them. Got Max Shuri, Invisible Women and Star Lord. Yes Star Lord is junk. Wish I watch your videos when I started before buying bundles.
Yeah I plan to do an updated Dark Dimension video as I finish through most of my journey, alongside an overall build tier list probably before next patch.
I think Omega Red is pretty interesting because he's got good usability in crucible and war and dark dimension he's pretty versatile with the trauma and double ability blocks and HP steal. I use them every day basically in crucible or war. With or without his team
As you said this list depends on how high your characters are, how close to the meta you are and how long you've been playing. I don't disagree with these rankings but I would say they all can be useful at one point or another with the exception of Ultimus never had any use for him. By the time you go through that insane unlocking and leveling all the other characters you mentioned will be leveled as well.
Biggest agreement is on Nova vs. Knowhere as a whole. Obviously they do their job well enough in War, but so do a lot of these other new teams like New Avengers and Superior/Sinister Six while also providing value in other game modes. Knowhere, especially now that you can use Sinister Six characters that are powerful for the BC trial, is by far the least valuable new team across the wider game. In Crucible, I couldn't imagine using Knowhere as a team. They even made a room for them last season and IW was still better in that room than they were. But Nova is a great plug and play because of his quick stun, the Nova force, and his insane resists when he's charged up.
@@YEEByt They're not even super scary in war right now lmao. I'd be much more concerned about something like New Avengers/Apoc in such a room. Which is the point. NA are simply a much better team, aside from Nova himself.
Magneto is still strong and you do need him for Apocalypse but dude he lost so much value due to those rhinos being in the new raid it's pretty sad I can sim the nodes if I just replace him keep psylocke and use apocalypse instead it's pretty easy
Doc ock should be a dd6 lock I used him on the last two nodes with goblin, nova, and black cat…. Honestly red hulk I didn’t even use I just unlocked Super Skrull this morning
Omega red is T18, but your reasons not to put there are okey for new players, red hulk t18 for a new player don,t think so (so many counters for gamma), i agrre with the rest of the video, good analysis very accurate
I'd say that if you have doom as very good you should consider starlord viable. There are lots of scenarios where you can put the two together so starlord feeds doom energy and you have a turn1 ultimate
You can find the older legendary requirements on MSF.gg , pretty sure I showed this in the video here. for the Horsemen/Trial characters you can find their raid maps online which I'm pretty sure I showed as well. In game they show the recommended gear tier, sometimes its a hard requirement for Adam Warlock and Omega Red.
I might be dumb but ive put zero investment into doctor doom or adam warlock for me its trying to balance my gold and materials while still being able to unlock all legendaries i still dont have omega red but i plan on building him as soon as my gold/materials allows me. Also i personally brought shuri to g15 for the tech lanes before pegasus and she did great in dark dimension alonside my horseman .
You talk down War Dogs way too often yet you pat yourself on the back for Swarm. War Dogs have had FAR more utility in the game up to this point. I get being stubborn, I really do. But War Dogs have been a really solid team with several uses such as CC, War, and even Gamma Raids. It's your channel, I love your content 99% of the time, this is one of those things that I really disagree with. That and the "I'm not gonna build up Secret Avengers" and then weeks later proceeds to build them up. Disagreements aside, thank you for all the info and help that you do provide for us.
Not doing Wakandans made no difference in my gameplay. Swarm on the other hand has given me a lot of benefits since I built him. Keep in mind, you're talking about a team that is hmm, 2022 Fall, which is over a year old now. Wakandans are absolutely not relevant right now and not a priority. The reason why I decided to 'build Secret Avengers' and keep in mind it was not very far, I had already built them up to about 450k prior to the knowledge of Rebirth. But, after seeing I had already planted like 8 T4s in to them I decided to MIN MAX them to finish D8 Node 6. I still don't think you should be over investing in this team, I explained why I did this in previous videos. D7 full clear is more than enough to get a 5-star Green Gob. If this doesn't explain well enough, feel free to hit me up on Discord.
@@Boilon Thanks for the reply. Not trying to be disrespectful. I do feel that War Dogs has simply not been a team you liked since they came out, so it has been a long time and over that time, I have gotten a TON of use out of them. As you know, your word carries a lot of value within the community. You've helped me out countless times with your breakdowns. I guess we will simply agree to disagree on War Dogs. Are they relevant now? I still use them in CC, War, and Gamma Raid. Should people invest in them at this point? Probably not. I got them at a bit over 700K and they're solid at that range. I think that some people have heard you say you weren't gonna bother with New Avengers in several videos, and to then see you do it felt, it was weird. I think you can understand how that comes off when a lot of people follow your advice and your reasoning. It doesn't mean people should be sheep, but when you provide good rational explanations, it influences people. I mean, you spent 8 T4's, that's a lot for most players if they don't think a team is worth building. I have 1 T4 on the whole team. If you blow 8 T4's on a team that you have no intention of building up, how many do you typically spend on a team that you want to level? I'm genuinely curious. I've been at this less than 3 years and still "playing catch up" with an Alliance that just started doing Incursion Raids last month. I never seem to have T4s, so it's cool that you have them, it was simply surprising that you already had 8 on a team that you didn't seem interested in. Anyway, thank you for responding. Seriously, the community here owes you a debt of gratitude for the work you put in to this. Much respect.
We saw last week just how shit War Dogs are in Crucible lmao when people had to try desperately to win with them. They're about 5 metas old at this point. There is no reason to do Gamma 4.5 at this point in the game. If you're still short on g17s, you have much bigger problems than building a dead team to G16. War Dogs were never what was promised. They are never higher than a B+ war team, they were never a great Crucible offense team, and the time when they were a defense team with 5000 buffs, they still need to debuff Darkhold twice to even let them do that.
@@buffhombre1335 If you're still playing catch up 3 years in, it's probably because you're overinvesting in teams like, oh, I dunno, War Dogs. I've been playing for 1.5 years and am going to have Super Skrull unlocked most likely when this raid season ends, in large part because I listen to Boilon's advice and don't overinvest in teams not worth overinvesting in.
@eckology016 Man, you're awesome. Sorry that I happen to like a team that has served me well for several months now. I didn't over-invest. I still battle for #1 in my Arena shard, so please, teach me how to play as good as you do, because I need and want your input so very much.
29th in Health, 162nd in Damage, 12th in Armor, 102nd in Focus, 65th in resists. The main issues are him hitting like a wet noodle and 102nd in focus meaning it's getting tougher to land his debuffs which are an important part of his kit. But his tankiness has held up which is one of the reasons they're a good efficiency soak team still.
@@eckology016 The problem with Adam warlock is that everyone has always wanted him to be a damage character...but he's a support, and as soon as you start looking at him like that he starts looking a lot better.
@@wizzopq Which is why I mentioned the bad focus. You need him to land those stuns and it's becoming harder and harder to do that. They get resisted a ton, even as Skirm.

Should be titled, "most of the legendary characters ranked". Missing BB, Iron Man, Jubilee.

They are pretty trashy to be perfectly honest 😅
He said best legendary
All useless. Except Jubilee just enough for Omega Red. Fixed it for you

He's a must build g18 at this point for dd6 untill a better mutant legendary comes along
He’s amazing in dark dimension for me tbh.

Magneto is still strong and you do need him for Apocalypse but dude he lost so much value due to those rhinos being in the new raid it's pretty sad I can sim the nodes if I just replace him keep psylocke and use apocalypse instead it's pretty easy
It’s cause they’re trying to sell us a new mutant raid team..
Phoenix is viable if you have her built somewhat. She is still a DD queen... percentage based damage is wonderful in DD.
And if she ever gets an additional rework or team, I'll gladly raise her up this list, but until then she's not worth considering.
Ultimus should get his own tier at the very bottom, the Ultimus tier.
I’m level 89 and have been playing for almost 1 year and I really hate how many characters I have to build/spend on to unlock Apoc 😭

Star-Lord won't survive past the first round lol. I mean, you barely need to have him built to allow him to do what you're saying.
Ultron is booty. Gets dropped on his own team
Is there a list of ALL the Teams with the characters you need for each team. Also what gear each team should be built to?

Legendary, because the first green goblin is with underworld.
shouldn't all the horsemen fall under "Required"
