Pulling the tension through right before the end is the hard part but I found that it can work about the same with this method too. Thank you. I sometimes tie this knot 15 time in a row at work to hang stage curtains.

She’s the one who should’ve taught you this, no one is born with a complete understanding of all the skills in life like riding a bike or tying your shoes. I saw this on five minuits crafts without explanation and got so frustrated trying to do it. This video explained alot. Thank you Honestly five minuits crafts are becoming useless
Make sure you pull it nice and tight before you make the loops, then when you make the loops with your fingers, try to keep tension outwards and upward all the way until you pull it tight. It takes a bit of practice but it works great and stays tight once you get the hang of it :).

I’ve looked for so many tutorials, and watched them over and over again, and finally when I got this one I got it on my 2nd try.

I swear I know how to tie my shoes 😂 (I'm almost 19) I just can't do it the way everyone else does
I find when I do it, the knot is very loose
Make sure you pull it nice and tight before you make the loops, then when you make the loops with your fingers, try to keep tension outwards and upward all the way until you pull it tight. It takes a bit of practice but it works great and stays tight once you get the hang of it :).
