  • In Exercise One we really focused on kneeling to standing and back to kneeling...trying not to use your hands on the chair as a crutch.
    Now let's try THE STAND UP & DOWN. We take it for granted and don't really think about our for and which muscles are having to engage. It seems to be involuntary....until it isn't.
    Try this move carefully....first with both feet wide, then narrow your stance, then mayb with one foot only!
    You will feel the difference and you will remember it for loading and exploding on the course!
