No room for heat dissipation while they charge, I wouldn't recommend this honestly. But that's just me.
There is no much heat during charging. I have similar setup with 6 x 18650 batteries with power adapter. 8 - 9 hours on internal speakers. AA batteries are safest, but only reason they put them is traveling by plane potential security issues.
?? why not just use orginal power cable to do same ?
