- Nea Skioni (Greek: Νέα Σκιώνη) is a village and a community in the peninsula of Kassandra, Chalkidiki, Greece. It is named after the ancient city of Scione, whose site was nearby to the east.
Today New Skioni lies around its charming harbor where the sun meets with the sea and serenity dominates everywhere as the fishing boats return at the end of the day, bringing fresh fish, which you can taste in all the fish taverns of the village.

Yes indeed! It is a small fishermen village, plenty of restaurants and s small beach too. But Halkidiki is really close if you want something more touristic.

Just came across this video and it made me crave for beach, seafood, drinks and a relaxed vacation with family, which is not going to happen soon due to a stupid virus I know. But this video made me happy, yes there is hope! . One day everything will be normal and beautiful again and I will be the first one to go there. Love the background music bro.
